baze information
To begin, you need to have the From The Ashes DLC.
After completing the main story quest “Baptism by Fire”, you need to go to Sir Divish in Talmberg.
After talking to him, you will receive the quest “Lost in the Woods.”
This is a very simple quest: you need to find Marius the Surveyor, who went to inspect Pribyslavitz and never returned.
Lost in the Woods
Sir Divish has grand plans regarding the ruined village of Pribyslavitz, and now that the bandits have been driven out, he has sent me to find the missing man who was sent there earlier.

After receiving the quest, we head to Pribyslavitz. There we need to find Marius.
At the camp, there will be bandits who do not pose much of a threat. You can negotiate with them, bribe them, or simply cut them down if you prefer.

After dealing with the bandits, Henry and Marius will conduct an inspection. Once it’s finished, Sir Divish will arrive in the village and thank you for your work.
Marius will explain that at first a huge amount of funds will be needed, but eventually everything will pay off. Divish will also tell you that he has already spoken with Sir Hanush, and they have decided to allow people from Skalitz to move into Pribyslavitz.

In the end, Henry will be appointed as Reeve, but with several requirements:
  • Restore the church
  • Make the village profitable
  • Maintain good relations with the people of Pribyslavitz; otherwise, the lord will take away both the position and the village itself.

Sir Divish will then give you a mace and documents, which you must deliver to the Reeve in Rattay.
The main plan
After completing the quest Lost in the Woods, you will need to return to Pribyslavitz (I do not recommend returning without meeting the following requirement). To repair the part of Pribyslavitz that will bring at least some income, you need 30,000 groschen at once. Out of this, put 25,500 into the chest, and keep 5,000 in your purse.

It’s also important that you must construct and complete the quest Supplies within a single day, otherwise you won’t have enough money.
!The money must be placed in the chest for the treasury!

Construction Plan
  • Lumberjack’s Camp
  • Bridge
  • Trader’s Shop
  • Supplies quest
  • Tavern
  • Tavern Upgrades

    Mandatory quota to fulfill:

  • Blacksmith
  • Blacksmith Upgrades
  • Apiary
  • Bakery
  • Bakery Upgrades
  • Stables
  • Stable Upgrades
  • Church
  • Church Upgrades
  • Rathaus (Town Hall)
  • Rathaus Upgrades
Supplies
Stone
Talmberg Quarry.

Coal
Friends of Ginger.

Livestock
Livestock from Ledetchko.

Grain
Samopesh Grain.
Building
Deposit 25,500 groschen into the treasury.

The first building should be the Lumberjack’s Camp. This is necessary because wood is required for the construction of any building.

Next, we build the new bridge, since the old one is in very poor condition and merchants cannot come to the village.

After the bridge, we construct the Trader’s Shop. Even though it generates 50 groschen, it doesn’t bring real profit yet — we’re still in the negative.

Complete the Supplies quest.

After finishing this quest, our hands are completely free. But I recommend building everything in the exact order I describe:

Tavern – the main source of income. Build it. After this, our savings will run out, but that’s not a problem, since the tavern immediately starts generating income. After waiting a couple of days, you can continue building. Next, build Tavern Upgrades – first the brewery, then the dice table. This secures your main profit.

Blacksmith – additional income and the ability to buy either weapons or armor, depending on the upgrade (which we definitely build).

Apiary – a small but pleasant bonus.

Bakery – provides a solid profit boost, much better than the butcher. After upgrading, you can dry meat – completely solving the food shortage problem (though honestly, who ever had that issue, since there’s the mighty and godlike stew from the pot?).

Stables – the last building that generates profit. Be sure to add the upgrade. By the way, the best horses in the game are sold in Pribyslavitz.

Church – a useless building in terms of income, but we must build it to complete the quest. Construct the church and its upgrades.

Rathaus (Town Hall) – the same as the church: doesn’t give income, only costs money. However, at the final level with all upgrades, it does provide a small herb garden and an alchemy bench.
the end + achievements
A total of 51,000 groschen was spent on the entire reconstruction.
Before building the Church and Rathaus, Pribyslavitz generates 2,145 groschen per day. So if you need money, I recommend not constructing the Church and Rathaus, as they only cause losses.

There are also achievements related to Pribyslavitz:

Reeve
Complete the quest: Home Sweet Home.

Friends Old and New
Invite Matthias and Fritz to Pribyslavitz.

Perfectionist
Make Pribyslavitz earn 2,000 groschen per day.
By building in the order I described, you will unlock this achievement.

Trial and Error
Fully rebuild Pribyslavitz without knowing how to read.
