From the TomoCenter, go directly left and you'll see his lab. (It's the big building in white)

No joke! It's the first quest we get from Yamato but we can't clear it. Giving us an impossible task right from the start.... That dude's a crazy sadist alright!
(To clarify things, we CAN clear it, but just not at the moment of writing this guide since we can only catch 198/200 Tomomons)

Quest 001: Delivery Quest

Description:
Yamato assigned you the task of delivering this box to his colleague in Vialala Town. This guy usually hangs out at the coffee shop.

Client & Location:
You can find Yamato's colleague, Bob, in Vialala Town's coffee shop, Cafe Vilala. He's sitting at the bottom-most table, the one on the left.

Rewards:
- 15 Quest Points (QP)
- 500 Bitz
- JL Card x1
- Mainboard: SX-02 x1

How to clear:
Talk to Bob. Yup, that's all you have to do.

Note:
While you're in this shop, I recommend that you buy at least 3 Sugar Pack items from the blond NPC that's standing behind the counter. You'll need these items for other quests.

Quest 002 - 003: I'm Thirsty with Style | The Fire Guardian

Description:
Have you ever heard about the One True Freezing Cocktail? Let's find a way to make it via the crafting function. Vio - The Fire Guardian would love to give it a taste.

Let's find and challenge the Fire Guardian.

Client & Location:
The 2 NPCs you're looking for are both in a bar called "YAM x BAR 𐃯" in Antelas City. From Antelas City's TomoCenter, go right along the path. It's the building right after the TomoMart. Rest assured that those imposing dudes at the entrance won't cause you any problems, so just ignore them and enter the place. Once you're inside, go right, then up when you get the chance.

Rewards:
- 15 Quest Points (QP)
- 25 Quest Points (QP)
- GCard: Fire x1

How to clear:
In the bar, first talk to the guy dressed in red. He'll tell you that he wants to drink the "Legendary One True Freezing Cocktail", whatever that is. Now talk to the.... bartender? Eh... Is that really a bartender? They sure have a really.... unique... way of dressing up. 🤔
Well, anyway! His suspicious outfit aside, talk to him and and he'll give you the recipe to make that legendary cold cocktail or whatever it's called. Once you have it, open the menu > Craft > Food and craft that "Ultra Freeze Cocktail" item.

What you'll need to craft this drink that'll cool your jets off:
1 Water Data
1 Ice Data
1 W-Herb Data
1 Sugar Pack

Seriously, what's with all these "Data" items? SOMEONE must have played Digimon a bit TOO much before he added the items to the database, huh? 😛

Anyway! That aside (again), you can find the "data" items by going on expeditions. To access expeditions, open the menu and choose "Expedition" on the right of the menu. You can find the first 3 items on the list from the chests in the 2nd expedition map but personally, I recommend the 1st map since the gachapon machines in the Soda Stop shop have all the data items you need. NO WAIT! DON'T GO AWAY!!! This isn't a phone game so you don't need to spend all your life savings on this game to get the items you want!

Make sure to save before you enter the Soda Stop shop then use your Silver Coin items on the very last machine (the one to the far right) and you'll get those data items in no time! If you used all your silver coins but didn't get the 3 data items you need, reload your save and try again. Good luck! 🤞
As for the Sugar Pack item, you should have it if you followed my guide until now. .... What? You don't have it!? Bad player! BAD!! 😠
Go back in Vialala Town, enter Cafe Vilala and talk to the blonde NPC that's behind the counter and buy at least 3 Sugar Pack items from him. Why 3? Because you'll need the other 2 packs for future quests, duh!

Once you crafted the item, make sure you save first then go talk to the NPC who wanted the "Legendary One True Freezing Cocktail". This is your first gym lea- *AHEM* your first battle VS an Elemental Guardian. Have fun! 😁

Note:
To get out of an expedition area, open your menu and choose "Return" to go back to where you were before you left on an expedition.

Quest 004 - 005: Noodle Quest | The Dark Guardian

Description:
This Fudo doesn't even want to talk. Let's try making the legendary Chasiu noodle; this may make him talk since he is always lurking behind the Chasiu noodle store.

Let's find and challenge the Dark Guardian.

Client & Location:
After leaving the Madmaze Tunnel area, you'll be in Buckingstump Village. Both NPCs you're looking for are in this village. Follow the path of dark grass and keep going down until you see an NPC wearing a purple hoodie. As you can probably guess, that's the Dark Guardian. Talk to him if you want. The next NPC you need to talk to is the one hidden in a tree stump, left of the Dark Guardian. This guy is like the bartender in Antelas City: If you talk to him and choose "Gossip", he'll give you a recipe. The only difference here is that, this time, you'll need to pay for it. How much is it, you ask? 10000 Bitz. If you fought all 4 Traders we've encountered so far, shelling out that much cash shouldn't be a problem. If you didn't beat the 4 traders yet, I suggest you go read the "Traders Quest" section of this guide before you continue.

How to clear:
After getting the recipe, all you have to do is repeat what you did during the Fire Guardian's quests.... Is what I'd like to say, but for this quest, you'll need to go to Evora City, which is the city directly west (to the left) of Buckingstump Village. Take the western (left) exit and go to Evora City. Unless you're Zoro, it's impossible to get lost here. Simply keep going left and once you see the entrance of a TomoStation, enter it and go left to exit it. Once you're on Route 13, follow the gray path left until you see another TomoStation. On the other side of it is Evora City. Once again, keep going left. Once you see a blond NPC guy wearing a bowler hat who's standing next to a black cat Tomomon, keep going left a little further and turn up at the intersection. Keep going up until you see an NPC girl with a green ponytail. Go through the tiny alleyway that's right below that NPC and enter the green shop, the one that has an acorn sign above the entrance. Go up a little and talk to the NPC girl that's behind the counter. Here, you'll need to buy the following items:

1 Apple
1 Soft Meat Fruit
1 Egg Fruit

Once you've bought all that, open the map and teleport back to Buckingstump Village. Talk to the NPC that gave you the recipe but this time, choose "Buy Foods" and buy the following item:

1 Instant Noodle

Now that that's done, we're ready! .....Well, almost. You still need 3 Red Data items. You can find these in chests in the 3rd expedition area OR! Like with the previous Elemental Guardian, you could go to the 1st expedition area and get all 3 data items from the Gachapon Machine. Though this time, you'll have to use not the last machine on the right, but the one right before it. Like the other machine, you'll need silver coins, so make sure you save before entering the Soda Stop shop and... good luck! 🤞

After getting the 3 Red Data Items, leave the expedition area and go in the menu to craft the items. First, Craft the Chasiu SR item then craft theChasiu Noodle SR item. Save and then talk to the Dark Guardian to initiate a battle. This will be your 2nd Elemental Guardian fight. You can do it!

Quest 006: The Holy Water

Description:
That meteor energy has ruined the water in the village's lake. The only thing that can help with this is the Holy Water.

Client & Location:
From the TomoCenter in Buckingstump Village, go down and right then enter the "Elder Stump". Move upwards until you see Bonza, the Village Elder. Talk to him to start this quest.

Rewards:
- 20 Quest Points (QP)
- Novice Potion x1

How to clear:
Clearing this quest can be a pain if you haven't found and battled Kai before you arrived here. Open the tiny quest window on the right of your screen with Triangle(PS)/X(XBox)/Y(Switch). You can also press V on your keyboard or simply use your mouse to open it. Now look at the bottom of that window. See where it says Kai? Go the the location you see on the right of his name and keep finding him until you get back to Buckingstump Village. Talk to Kai in Buckingstump Village and he'll give you the Pure Water item.

Now you should have all the ingredients you need to craft the Holy Water item. If you need Blue Data and/or White Data items, simply go back to the 1st expedition area and use the 3rd gachapon machine. If you're unsure which one it is, select "View Pool" before using your silver coins and check if the items you need are there. Also, make sure to always save before entering the Soda Stop shop.

Once you have all the ingredients, craft the Holy Water item. This item is in the "Special" tab instead of the "Food" tab. Go back in the Elder Stump and talk with the Elder again. After giving him the item, he'll disappear, so leave the stump and go up then left and up again. Keep going up and you'll eventually see the Elder near the lake (He's right below a yellow cat Tomomon). Talk to him one last time to clear this quest. Now take the southern exit to leave Buckingstump Village.

Quest 007: The Nature Guardian

Description:
Let's find and challenge the Nature Guardian.

Client & Location:
The Nature Guardian is in Evergreen Forest. At the moment of writing this, you don't have to talk to her right away, so please read the "How to clear" section to find her.

Rewards:
- 25 Quest Points (QP)
- GCard: Nature x1

How to clear:
After exiting Route 08 to enter Evergreen Forest, go straight left until you see a hole in the wall of trees. Enter it, save and interact with the Tomomon in front of you. Beat it or catch it, your choice, then go back to the forest. Go right until you see the entrance of the TomoStation then go straight down this time. When you can't go down anymore, go left until you see another hole in the wall of trees. Enter the hole, save again and interact with that big boulder of a Tomomon. Once you're done, open your map and teleport yourself in the forest you're currently in. You should appear in a different spot of the forest. From there, go up and talk to the NPC girl if you need healing then keep going up until you can't go up anymore. Go left, up, right past the P*dobear NPC, up, right again, up, right, up and finally, right one last time and keep going right until you find the 3rd hole with a big Tomomon in it. Teleport yourself to Evergreen Forest one last time. Go up, left, up past the street lamps and the TomoStation, then go left and in that hole in the trees. Save again and talk to the NPC there to start a battle. Congrats! You just won against the Nature Guardian! Now do you remember that TomoStation we saw right before we fought the Guardian? Go there and then go on Route 09 to reach Kyoshi Castle.

Quest 001: Monkey Wanted

Description:
Bron needs a Brunder for his research. Help him capture one, then bring it to him for the rewards.

Client & Location:
When you enter Yamato's Lab in Smallroad Town, Bron will be the scientist NPC on the left.

Rewards:

- 5000 Bitz
- Gold Coin x5
- Fusion Formulas x1*

How to clear:
At first, it took me a while to figure this one out since the description is pretty misleading. You don't "capture" a Brunder, no. You gotta fuse two Tomomons in Antelas City to get the darn thing.

The possible fusions are as follows:
- Blazoot + Paroar (Tomopendium #55 and #71 respectively)
- Tumana + Paroar (Tomopendium #58 and #71 respectively)
- Glacrute + Paroar (Tomopendium #61 and #71 respectively)

After you got yourself a Brunder, go back to Yamato's Lab and give it to Bron.

Description:
If you can find this cat-tamer boy's Tomomon's favorite food, he may give you something cool in return.

Client & Location:
Right before you exit Smallroad Town, you'll see Kitta, a kid NPC dressed in all orange clothes who's standing right next to a scientist NPC and two cat Tomomons. You can't miss him.

Rewards:
- Drapunk x1

How to clear:
Li'l dude's too lazy to search around... Leave Smallroad Town and take the contents of the first chest you'll see to get a Fishy Fruit food item. Turn around and go talk to the kid NPC again to finish the quest.

Quest 003: The Troublemaker

Description:
There is a Tomomon that usually disturbs people traveling to Route 3. Let's take a look there.

Client & Location:
Geogre (Pretty sure it's read as George and not "Geh! Ogre!") is the blond haired NPC sitting(standing?) at a table to the right of Cafe Vilala (which is right below the TomoCenter) in Vialala Town.

Rewards:
- Mainboard: SX-05 x1

How to clear:
Leave Vialala Town from the eastern (right) exit to enter Route 3. From there, go right then up the stone stairs and you should see a black cat-like Tomomon in front of the big rock. Either catch or defeat it and report back to the ogre, eh... Geogre, sorry, to finish the quest.

Quest 004: Combo Introduction

Description:
Xiao Ling told you to find Tai Ling to learn more about Combo Skills. He is located on Route 04, in front of Mt. Silveron.

Client & Location:
Xiao Ling is in Vialala Town. From the TomoCenter, go right until you see the library and then go up. You should see a small NPC girl with black pigtails in front of a house. Talk to her to start the quest.

Rewards:
- 10 Quest Points (QP)
- 5000 Bitz
- Skill Scroll Shop*

How to clear:
After you talked to Xiao Ling, leave Vialala Town via the eastern (right) exit to enter Route 3.

Go right then up the rock stairs then turn right then down. Keep following the small path of grass. When you reach a fork in the road, go right again then down the rock stairs. Go right again, up then down the rock stairs. Follow the short path then up the rock stairs again then go right then down. Zigzag around the rocks then go right and enter the next map.

Once you enter route 4, go right and go up the first set of stairs you see. Go up, then right then down then up the small set of stairs for a shortcut (you can go down and take the long way to fight the trainers if you want). Cross the grass and go down the other small set of stairs, then up, right, down and now go right again and up both set of stairs. On the left side of the entrance of Mount Silveron is the NPC you're looking for, Tai Ling. Talk to him to finish the quest.

*Note:
After finishing the quest, you can talk to Tai Ling again to buy some Combo Skill Scrolls.
Also, if you haven't already, make sure to buy at least one Crimstun item from the TomoCenter's man bear pig NPC. You'll need it for the next side quest.

Quest 005: A New Technique

Description:
Ken is thirsty while training his Tomomons. He wants to drink something that is sweet and provides him with some energy. Find him a Crimstun; he will teach your Tomomon a new battle technique.

Client & Location:
Ken is located on Route 6. From the Effington Forest - Route 06 TomoStation, go right, then down all the way until you see water. From there, go right again and you should eventually see Ken. He is wearing a karate outfit and an orange bandana.

Rewards:
- 25 Quest Points (QP)
- 1500 Bitz
- Skill Scroll: Sharp Eyes x2

How to clear:
Simply give Ken Masters what he wants: a Crimstun item. If you don't have one already, open your map and teleport yourself to the Silveron MT TomoCenter then go in the TomoCenter and talk to that.... blue bear(?) NPC dude that's behind the counter and buy one Crimstun from him. Go back to Ken and give it to him.

Quest 006: So Thirsty!

Description:
This dude is so thirsty because of the hot weather; let's find him some cold water then.

Client & Location:
Vicere, an NPC that looks like a businessman, is right next to the entrance of Antelas City's TomoCenter.

How to clear:
Like Kitta, Vicere is another lazy NPC. If you don't have a Cold Water item on you, simply walk up and enter the TomoCenter then talk to that green.... NPC thing that's behind the counter and buy a bottle of cold water from her(Him? it?) then leave the building and give that lazy bum his cold drink to finish the quest.

Quest 007: Sugar Quest

Description:
Salsa is trying to bake some cake for customers in the bar, but she is in need of a pack of sugar. She is a very cute girl; don't waste this chance.

Client & Location:
From the TomoCenter in Antelas City, go right until you see a house with pink sign that shows "YAM x BAR 𐃯" with two men in black (Rest assured, they're just bouncers. They're not fighting aliens... I think) in front of the entrance. Make sure you don't look too suspicious and then go in. Once inside, go to the far right corner of the bar and talk to Salsa, the black haired girl.

Rewards:
-Gold Coin x2

How to clear:
Give her a Sugar Pack item. If you don't have one already, open the map and teleport back to Vialala City and talk to the blond haired NPC that's behind the counter in Cafe Vilala. I suggest you buy at least 3 sugar packs. You'll need them later.

Quest 008: Bird Hunting

Description:
Chill is looking for a Croucan. Help her capture one, then bring it to him for the rewards.

Client & Location:
Chill is right outside of the Buckingstump Village TomoCenter. You can't miss her.

Rewards:

How to clear:
You can catch a Croucan on Route 12 (leave Buckingstump Village via the western exit to go to route 12). After you got yourself a Croucan go back to Buckingstump Village and give it to Chill.

From the TomoCenter in Kyoshi Castle, follow the stone brick path up, all the way to the other side of the bridge, then keep going up a few more steps until you see a young boy NPC with a marine blue cap. That's Eddy.

How to clear:
As far as I know, you can't catch a Kikia directly. You'll have to go on either Route 9 (to the east (right) of Kyoshi Castle) or Route 10 (to the west (left) of Kyoshi Castle) to catch a Krubpa, evolve it into a Hittapa (Krubpa level 21) and then use a Thunder Rock item on Hittapa to evolve it into Kikia. After you got yourself a Kikia, go back to Kyoshi Castle and give it to Eddy.

Like the "Gift Quests", these aren't actually quests but since the NPCs have a big yellow ! mark above their head, I'll just say that they're quests (even if they're not) and list their location here.

Quest 001: Vialala Town Traders

Trader Location & Info:
From the Vialala TomoCenter, go right and follow the stone path then go down. The Red and blue Trader NPCs should be in front of you.

The Red Trader NPC has a team of Lv12 Tomomons.
The Blue Trader NPC has a team of Lv20 Tomomons.

Quest 002: Antelas City Traders

Trader Location & Info:
From the Antelas City TomoCenter, go down. When you reach the grassy area, go right until you see two NPCs with sunglasses. Those are the Traders we're looking for.

The Yellow (Left) Trader NPC has a team of Lv28 Tomomons.
The Orange (Right) Trader NPC has a team of Lv36 Tomomons.

Quest 003: Kyoshi Castle Traders

Trader Location & Info:
From the Kyoshi Castle TomoCenter, go right a few steps. You'll find the 2 Trader NPCs under the sakura trees.

The White Trader NPC has a team of Lv52 Tomomons.
The Purple Trader NPC has a team of Lv44 Tomomons.

Each time you beat a Trader NPC, your income increases by a little. Fighting the same Trader more than once will NOT increase your income further, however. Though you can still beat 'em up for easy Tamer/Gear and Tomomon exp. As far as I know, the order in which you beat them doesn't change anything.

1st Trader defeated:
2000 Bitz every 5 minutes.

2nd Trader defeated:
2 Silver Coins every 5 minutes.

3rd Trader defeated:
2 Gold Coins every 5 minutes.

4th Trader defeated:
+5000 Bitz to your income, for a total of 7000 Bitz every 5 minutes.

5th Trader defeated:
+5 Silver Coins to your income, for a total of 7 Silver Coins every 5 minutes.

6th Trader defeated:
+ 3000 Bitz, 3 Silver Coins and 8 Gold Coins to your income, for a total of 10000 Bitz, 10 Silver Coins and 10 Gold Coins.

Not actually quests per se, but when there's a big pink ! mark above an NPC's head, it usually means that said NPC has a quest (even if, in this case, they don't XD). So I'll write down which places these NPCs appear in, as well as a list of the rewards they give you. To get the rewards, all you have to do is talk to them. No battles, nothing.

This section is for the other quests that don't appear in the quest list, like the "Collect the meteorites" quest that Yamato asks us to do at the beginning of the game. I won't add too much info, but I'll still write down their location as well as add a screenshot to make locating them easier.

1st Meteorite Piece:

Right before you leave Route 03 to go to route 04, if you go down instead of going right, you'll find your first meteorite. Beat up the Ninja Girl and then beat up both Utopian Cultist Grunts to get your first meteorite piece.

2nd Meteorite Piece:

When you first enter Route 06, go right, then down all the way. When you reach the lake or whatever it is, go left. In the corner of the screen, you should see another grunt. Poor thing's alone this time, so make sure you bully him real good! Show that li'l sh*t who's boss! Mwaaahahah- *Cough Cough*










A-anyway! After you've won, he'll run away like the coward that he is and you'll have your second piece of meteorite! Yaay!

3rd Meteorite Piece:

After leaving Route 6, you'll enter Madmaze Tunnel. From the entrance, go right, then once youre in the cave (directly on the earth and not on the stone tiles anymore), go immediately down then when you see a Scientist NPC on your right, go right and then go up as soon as you can. Follow the path and you'll eventually enter a room. The meteorite you're looking for is a the bottom right of this room. Talk to Edward and then beat him up to get your 3rd piece of Meteorite. Congrats! Now there's only one left! Oh, right! Here's a screenshot in case you need it:
