Welcome to the Complete Achievement Guide for Pact Between Us. This guide is designed to help you unlock every achievement in the game — from childhood milestones and seasonal trips to fashion showcases, emotional story events, contests, and career paths.

I created this guide because Pact Between Us stands out as a truly unique experience—unlike most games, it blends emotional depth with engaging gameplay that’s both fun and rewarding. I was genuinely inspired to write this guide, and here I’ve compiled everything I’ve learned: from achievement classifications to gameplay mechanics and strategic planning.

Achievements are grouped into clear categories so you can easily track your progress, whether you’re aiming for 100% completion or just revisiting your favorite moments. Each category table lists the achievement number, its exact name (as shown on Steam), its category type, and the era of life in which it can be unlocked:
  • Preteens (ages 10–11) – early events, childhood outfits, early contest, family moments
  • Vivacious (ages 12–14) – social expansion, teen fashion, first ambitions, light conflicts
  • Sirens (ages 15–18) – mature themes, elegant fashion, major conflicts, career goals

And here is the order of the months in this game:

Plan & Strategy
Below are several plans and strategies to help you play this game more efficiently and unlock achievements with minimal repetition.

Stage 1: 1 Session (Setup Phase)
Unlock: Birthday (01-08), Condition (09-15), Trip (16-27), Fashion (28-36), Event (37-45).
  • Play this first session casually. All birthday moments and scenes under the Events category will unlock automatically.
  • To maximize achievement progress, prioritize Practice over Class. This approach helps you earn more money, which is essential for unlocking achievements tied to Fashion purchases and Trip selections.
  • Choose one month from each Maturity stage and fill all 4 weeks without breaks—this will trigger the Sick Condition achievement.
  • Unlocking Pact Between Us and Keep Secret is very simple. Even if you only have the final 2 months left in a session (Age 17, Month 3 = 0 love), take a 4-week vacation during those last 2 months. This will automatically max out your sister’s Stamina and Affection (Love) values.

Stage 2: 4–5 Sessions (Focused Progression)
Unlock: Skill (46-53), Contest (54-61).
  • Now it’s time to get serious. This stage may take 4 to 5 sessions depending on your choices.
  • Focus on Contest Wins rather than Career or Max Skill achievements. For example, if aiming for Contest Win: Class [phy], start optimizing your path to win contests in that category.
  • From Age 10 onward, consistently choose Class [phy] and Practice [phy]. This will allow you to unlock all Contest Win: Class [phy] achievements. It will MAX score at Age 14.
  • Then, boost secondary skills that aren’t needed for contests but are close to the required scores for Career achievements, for example Acting [act].
  • With this strategy, you can unlock: 3rd, 5th, and 7th Contest Win: Class [phy], Physique [phy], MAX, Acting [act] MAX
  • If you also raise other skills that rely on high Physique [phy] scores, you can unlock three career achievements in the same session: Star, Model, and Adventurer (Traveller).
  • Choose which skills to prioritize based on the career paths you want to unlock.
  • Try to keep your sister’s Stamina stable throughout these 4–5 sessions—avoid triggering illness if possible.
  • Once Class and Practice sessions reach Level II or III, avoid placing them side by side in the same month. Always insert a rest week between them. Even if your sister’s Affection and Stamina are still around 40, stacking high-level activities without breaks may trigger negative conditions (she could get sick even the stamina is high, less than 40).

Stage 3: 1 Session (Career Sweep)
Unlock: Career (62-69).
  • Unlocking all career goals is easy at this point. You don’t need to memorize every skill requirement—just plan ahead and match the right scores to each career.

My Personal Records
By following those strategies, here is what I got:
  • I completed the game in 7 sessions, covering the full arc from Age 10 to 18.
  • Highest final money earned: 758,660.
  • Approximate playtime: 16 hours, extended to 25 hours due to writing and refining this guide.

Notes
When a birthday achievement or moment occurs, two key stats are affected:
  • Fat (Stamina) instantly increased up to 100 (maximum) regardless of previous value.
  • Love (Affection) toward her older sibling increases based on her maturity level: Preteens: +10, Vivacious: +20, Sirens: +30

💗 Condition (09-15)
A condition is something that will never happen on its own — it exists only if the player chooses to make it happen. These states, whether good or bad, are shaped entirely by your decisions, and without your intervention, they would never come to pass.



Conditions & It's Triggers
09 – In Debt: When the older brother runs out of money for the first time.
10 – Affection: When Love reaches 100 (maximum).
11 – Sick (Preteens): Sister’s performance to drop to 0 during the Preteens stage.
12 – Sick (Vivacious): Sister’s performance to drop to 0 during the Vivacious stage.
13 – Sick (Sirens): Sister’s performance to drop to 0 during the Sirens stage.
14 – Pact Between Us: When Love reaches 100 at the end of the game at age 18.
15 – Keep Secret: When Love reaches 50 or more at the end of the game at age 18.

Note:
  • Sickness suspension: When the sister falls ill, all daily activities are suspended.
  • Recovery penalty: When she recovers, her Health is restored depending on the stage: Preteens: +30, Vivacious: +35, Sirens: 40. But It will reduce the love affection: Preteens: –10, Vivacious: –15, Sirens: –20. The brother’s finances also reduced depending on the stage: Preteens: –4.000, Vivacious: –6.000, Sirens: –8.000.
  • Affection requirement for ending unlocks: If the required affection level is not met by the end of the game, neither Pact Between Us nor Keep Secret can not be unlocked.

🧳 Trip (16-27)
Trips are more than just seasonal getaways — they’re emotional checkpoints. Each vacation marks a shift in the siblings’ relationship, shaped by the scenery, the timing, and the choices you’ve made. Whether it’s spring’s quiet bloom or summer’s chaotic laughter, these moments are where memories settle and bonds evolve.

16. Summer Trip (Preteens) — Eyes wide with wonder at her first fireworks show.
17. Fall Trip (Preteens) — Admiring the colors of autumn, quietly learning to let go.
18. Winter Trip (Preteens) — Snow falls gently—Christmas feels like magic.
19. Spring Trip (Preteens) — Joy carved into carousel laughter at the amusement park.
20. Summer Trip (Vivacious) — Still too shy to learn swimming, but eager to try.
21. Fall Trip (Vivacious) — Hoping they remembered the telescope—nature feel closer now.
22. Winter Trip (Vivacious) — A warm escape to Thailand, chasing summer in winter.
23. Spring Trip (Vivacious) — A tiring picnic, yet the one they looked forward to most.
24. Summer Trip (Sirens) — Finally brave enough to start learning how to swim.
25. Fall Trip (Sirens) — Her love for museums grows—quiet awe in every hallway.
26. Winter Trip (Sirens) — A luxurious getaway, but something feels distant.
27. Spring Trip (Sirens) — A beautiful dress, chosen just for her—with love, without words.

Note:
  • Terminology mismatch: The achievement list uses the term Fall, while in-game dialogue and UI consistently refer to the season as Autumn. Players are advised to treat these as interchangeable until the developer updates the terminology for consistency.
  • Affection impact: These trips significantly boost the sister’s affection (both Fat and Love), often maxing it out regardless of prior status. They’re emotionally pivotal and mechanically rewarding.
  • Financial cost: The exact cost per trip is unclear, but based on Winter event screenshots, all happiness-triggering moment can exceed 15.000-35.000 currency in total. Players should plan their budget accordingly, especially in later phases where expenses spike. I think per stage has it's own.

👗 Fashion (28-36)
Fashion isn’t just about clothes — it’s about identity. Each outfit reflects a phase, a mood, a silent rebellion or a quiet longing. As the seasons change, so does her style, revealing who she is and who she’s trying to become.

  • Fashion functionality: These dresses are purely fashion and serve no confirmed gameplay function. I’m not sure whether they have any direct connection to the game’s mechanics, but aesthetically, they align very well with the theme of the Victory achievement contest. Whether this is intentional or coincidental remains unclear. I just don't know which.

🎭 Event (37-45)
This event occurs regularly, usually triggered when a new class appears in the Study tab or a new job opens in the Practice tab. It’s a quiet rhythm of growth—predictable, yet meaningful. Everything is in its place.

40 - Conference 2 (Vivacious) - 13/2/week 1 - Second parent-teacher meeting at school.
41 - Shoes Delivery (Vivacious) - 14/2/week 2 - Delivering dance shoes to sister during rehearsal.
42 - Framed (Sirens) - 15/9/week 3 - A conflict with a bad customer at the Tea Art Shop.
43 - Bar Incident (Sirens) - 15/2/week 1 - Arguing with the bar manager over a protecting sister.
44 - Debt Fight (Sirens) - 16/2/week 2 - Demanding unpaid wages/salary after completing jobs.

  • Notification Letter: A notification letter typically arrives as a reminder of upcoming events listed above. It is usually sent 3 months to 1 year before the event begins, giving players ample time to prepare and adjust their schedule accordingly.
  • Memories are saved: Events are automatically saved in Memory within the app. This allows players to revisit key moments, track emotional milestones, and reflect on their journey over time.

🧠 Skill (46-53)
Skills are acquired through a balanced integration of classroom learning and applied practice. To fully master each skill, players must reach Level 3 and achieve the highest possible score in all related assessments.

  • Sequential Unlocking: Each class and skill unlocks one by one, depending on story progression and character requirements. Not all options are available from the start.
  • Practice Point Requirements: The first practice session for any skill requires 500 points. Skill refinement (second stage) demands 800–1000 points, depending on the skill’s complexity and relevance.
  • Career Achievement Trigger: When a class reaches Level 3 and its related skill reaches Level 2 with maximum score in the end of the game (9.999), it will unlock skill achievement. This may grant access to new jobs, emotional milestones, or alternate story paths.

  • Minimal thresholds: The required conditions are set just above the absolute minimum, leaving little room for error or delay. Missing even a single opportunity may result in failure to unlock.
  • Precision required: Players must manage time, resources, and emotional stats with extreme precision. These achievements are designed to test long-term planning and deep system understanding.
  • Fat and love affection: Winning or even losing in a contest may influence Fat (Stamina) and Affection (Love) values. Be mindful of your condition before entering.

This is the final journey.

Figuring out the minimum required scores was surprisingly tricky. I first noticed it while trying to maximize [cha] without neglecting the other stats. For example, in the third slot for [phy], a score of 950 wasn’t enough—but 1300 worked. So I estimated the threshold to be around 1000, and applied that assumption across the other attributes as well.

Great guide. I admit, I tried to see if I could win all the Star contests. Unfortunately the 6th Contest was just out of my reach though I managed to nail the others (barely in the case of the Charisma one) Thankfully, there is no Achievement for finishing all in one paythrough.
