Jupiter Inversion

In this mod tried to make Jupiter better, even if just a little bit.
Instead of lowering your speed when you are moving and increasing it when you stay in place, now it works vice versa.
This was done to fix next issues:
⠀• Jupiter slowing down floor exploration/minmaxing. Jupiter works as a big speed down in this regard, and that's pretty annoying.
⠀• To stay in place, so you can "recharge" Jupiter, you first need to get some distance from enemies. And this is where vanilla behaviour is once again detrimental, effectively making item "once-a-room" interaction.

Also, it makes player turn green the more "charge" Jupiter has, so you have a better understanding how much of it you have. Comes especially handy, when you hit speed cap.
In case you're not on Repentance+, mod fills heart containers added by Jupiter.
