I'm warning you directly, these 2 trophies are really 2 nightmares to obtain.
To start, when you create your career, select an academy (choose either Ferrari/Mercedes/Red Bull). Once you finish Formula 2, join the top team of your academy to get a boost (that's why I was telling you to read these trophies before starting your career to make sure you get the bonus). And of course the AI level is at 0% and the damage is turned off.

Showman Rating -> Ferrari , RedBull
SportsMan -> Mercedes

You can start with whichever one you want, but personally, I started with the sportsman because I had selected Mercedes by default lol.
Just for a little clarification, I did 2 F1 seasons with 5-lap races to get the sportsman rating, and 3 seasons to put on a show for about 15 hours of gameplay in total, so yes, it's really long.
So you might ask me, how do you increase your rating? It's very simple, it's just by answering Claire's (the journalist's) questions at the end of the qualifying/session. She may appear after a session and ask you between 2 and 4 questions depending on what happened during the race/qualifying.
Here is the pattern I followed: Free Practice (skip) -> Qualifying (Pole) -> Race (Win)
I advise you to also develop your car so that your teammate is competitive in order for the journalist to ask you questions (either to compliment him (sportsman) or to criticize him (showman)).
Also select from your rivalries on the computer the driver who is in the best form from the other top teams, (meaning that if you have the best car and you keep getting 1-2 finishes with your car (you & Vettel for example if you are with Ferrari), select the best driver from the team that has the second best car (so for example, Verstappen or Hamilton or maybe Button or Webber).


You Big Show Off!
Reach maximum showman rating

How to make the trophy To obtain this trophy, you must have your reputation bar at the maximum showman reputation, so the yellow side. Answer Claire's questions after the qualifiers/race that showcase you to increase this bar (eventually you will learn the answers to the questions by heart).


Cool and Calm
Reach maximum sportsman rating

How to make the trophy To obtain this trophy, you need to have your reputation bar at the maximum level of Sportsman reputation, so the blue side. How to make the trophy : To make this trophy, I advise you to disable the rules and damage and select the Monaco Grand Prix (just the race so no qualifying) and choose a top team to start on one of the first three rows. This way, cut the chicane and the first corner each lap to gain a lot of advantage (and if an AI wants to overtake you, throw it into the wall xd).


F2 Racer
Complete the "2018 FORMULA 2 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP" championship event

How to make the trophy : To easily unlock this trophy, go to Championship -> Championship (yes again xd) -> Fia Formula 2 Championship and make sure to select 2018 and not 2019 (2018 is the third one on the list). The fastest way to get the trophy is to crash into the wall during any session; yes, this will be really annoying, but it’s the quickest method I know of (I don’t know if quitting from the pause menu in the game works for this trophy).

How to make the trophy : To achieve this trophy, there are several ways to do it. Either you play online while completing the other trophies to level up, but it will still take a very long time considering the amount of experience you need to obtain (over 1 million), so I will present to you the most optimized way to achieve this trophy.
Follow the following pattern :

Main Menu -> Multiplayer -> Leagues -> Create League -> in "Create a league of your own" just fill in quickly / randomly -> in "Leagues schedule" select the "scheduled" option. (Be careful with the time because if the scheduling time is 07:30 AM and the time is 07:29 AM you will not have time to finish the settings and enter the lobby) -> When you have to select the circuits, select the Japan short circuit 5 times. ->

Go to -> next league event -> now just wait for the event to start -> after the loading screen select the tire set, simply press the A button. -> Start the race and take a break to let your AI drive and do the work for you.

Once the race is over, you earn between 24k and 32k XP (for a 17-minute race on dry).
And once the race is over, you can leave your league and create a new one to repeat this technique over and over until you reach level 50.


Sit Back and Relax
Spectate an online race

How to make the trophy : If by pure chance you manage to find an unranked session that is already in progress, then join it and normally the race will offer you to watch it in spectator mode If unfortunately there are no unranked sessions (which is the case since the multiplayer is dead), then you need to find two friends to help you. You will need to create a session and one of the players will switch to spectator mode when you are in the lobby. You will receive the trophy at the end of the race, so do not leave before it is over.

Achieve a Gold skill rating

How to make the trophy : Clearly, this trophy is much longer than the safety rating one; the skill rating takes into account your lap times, results such as win/pole, and especially the rank of the opponents you face/beat, your track limits/cut corners, etc. In summary, you need to beat your opponents while being as clean as possible. To reach gold rank, you will need 2000 points, which can take a long time, but if you are consistent and clean, it will only take a few hours of grinding.

How to make the trophy : After completing online races, you will earn small points (those with a 'C' written on them). Once you have 2000, you can purchase a livery for your car. How to make the trophy : There are 2 ways to achieve this trophy depending on the number of people you have to do it: the long version (solo) or the short version (if you have a friend to help you).

Short version : Create a league and in the event settings of the league, set it to demand and for the other settings, it's as you wish (you just need to set the Japan short circuit 5 times to save time). Once that's done, invite your friend to the league and both of you join the league event. Get ready, etc. to start the race, finish it, and do that for the 5 races. Once the championship is over, you and your friend should be 1-2 in the championship, the top 3 people on the driver championship podium will win the medal that you can collect in your email in the main menu of the game.

Long version : If you are solo doing this trophy, create a league in planned mode and set the time you want (personally I set it at 9 AM, be careful not to miss it because otherwise you will have to wait 1 extra day) and set an event every day. Set the Japan short circuit 5 times and for the rest of the parameters, it's up to you. Win the first race and wait 24 hours for the next race. You must be in the top 3 of the championship to receive a medal that you can collect in your mail. (Yes, the trophy will take you 5 days but it's better than not being able to do it at all.)

Here is an achievement manager that allows you to unlock any trophy in just a few clicks. I know that using software to unlock trophies can make some people cringe, but unfortunately we have no choice, especially when game publishers decide to do whatever they want :/
So I advise you to use it to unlock these 3 trophies in order not to stay at 47/50 like an idiot, you can also use it to unlock the online trophies if you can't find anyone to help you.
