This is a step-by-step guide written to complete all achievements in an efficient way.

                                                        

Click to skip the intro as soon as the option appears.
1. Pick up the shackles (click twice)
2. Pick up the hand
3. Pick up the ring
4. Use the ring on the cannon (drag from top left inventory)
5. Pick up the cannonball
6. Combine shackles with the cannonball
7. Combine shackles with the hand
8. Use the contraption on the slug
9. Pick up the coin
10. Use the coin on the skeleton
11. Climb the skeleton
12. Wait ~1 minute for the scene transition

You should get the first two achievements:

1. Pick up the harpoon
2. Walk up to the stairs
3. Try to climb the stairs
4. Use harpoon on the slug on the left
5. Click the slug that you just moved
6. Click the hanging slug
7. Click the skeleton

You should get the final two achievements:

Apparently the third scene has been removed from the prologue at some point, so now you get the Hive Invader achievement for free.
