How to make the trophy : You will get this trophy by starting your career in WRC Junior.

Roll a car over in any mode

How to make the trophy : You will surely earn this trophy at some point in your career by making a mistake in a rally, so I included it in this part of the career, but it's possible that you will obtain this trophy later in your career.


Nostalgic
Win a Historic Race event

How to make the trophy : Between the rallies, you will have several event choices to make, one of which will be the historical event that will require you to complete a stage with an old car and within a set time.

Win a rare event

How to make the trophy : Rare events can be recognized because they have 5 stars below their name in the calendar. Select and win this event to obtain the trophy.

Win a rally with a repair time penalty

How to make the trophy : When you can repair your car, set the repairs to automatic and change the repair to something like 46m of repair to incur the penalty. Since you have set the AI level to easy, you should still report the rally with the penalty.


WRC 3

Win 25 Stages

How to make the trophy : At some point in your career in WRC 3, you will manage to win 25 stages and thus win the trophy.

Reach level 20

How to make the trophy : To obtain this trophy more quickly, I recommend activating the XP boost in your skill tree. By winning rallies, you will gain XP, and when you reach level 20, you will receive the trophy.

Go through 200 water puddles

How to make the trophy : There is a chance that you will obtain this trophy later in your career, but in any case, to get this trophy you will have to go through 200 puddles (so rallies in the rain) to obtain the trophy, do not focus too much on this trophy.


WRC 2


WRC 2 driver
Join the WRC 2 Championship

How to make the trophy : As the description of the trophy says, you will obtain it by joining the WRC 2 championship.

Win a Stage with a car that has not been repaired (when repairs are available and the car has been damaged)

How to make the trophy : When repairing your car, do not repair it and take a workshop to get the trophy.

Drive over 500km in any mode

How to make the trophy : Usually at some point in your WRC 2 career, you will obtain this trophy by completing 500 km (you can check how many kilometers you have in your driver card in the main menu). This trophy is just about farming, so don't focus too much on it.


Natural
Win 50 Stages

How to make the trophy : Similar to the previous trophy, you will obtain this trophy at some point in WRC 2 if you have won all the stages since the beginning of your career.


Collector
Have 4 legendary cards in an active crew

How to make the trophy : There is a good chance that this trophy will follow you during your season in WRC and maybe even longer if you are not lucky. To make things easier for you, go to your skill tree and buy the perk at the top left that increases your chances of finding extremely rare staff, then buy the perk at the bottom left that unlocks different types of staff, such as financial, agent, meteorologist, etc. Then, go to your team's location and head to the recruitment cell. You will have members offered to you (who will be reset after every 2 events completed, like rest rallies, etc.).
To recognize legendary staff members, it's very simple; they have a small yellow rectangle at the bottom right of their card. So be sure to check every 2 event vote recruitment cells to try to obtain 4 in order to get the trophy (be careful, because if the members are exhausted, they may decide on their own to leave your team without your consent.)


Show-off
Use 15 perks

How to make the trophy : At the end of the rallies, you will be able to obtain perks (it's not 100% guaranteed, but you can increase your chances of getting them in your skill tree).
In each asset, you will be able to see 3 small symbols, each employee of your team will have one of these symbols. To activate the asset, you must have the 3 symbols of the asset on your team members (they will be green when they are activated). The asset will be consumed after 1 rally. You can activate the assets to the left of your team members. This trophy will follow you during your season in WRC and may even last several seasons if you are unlucky with the odds.

How to make the trophy : Your season objective depends on the team you have joined; often it will be to finish in a minimum position at the end of the rally. Win a rally to be 100% sure of achieving your season objective (you can see the objective in your objectives menu lol).

WRC Champion
Become WRC World Champion

How to make the trophy : As the trophy description says, you must be the world champion of the WRC at the end of the season (something very easy since you set the difficulty to the lowest possible level)

Here you will be able to find all the trophies that will require you to complete several seasons after your first season in WRC. The main trophy you should look for is the "Perfectionist" trophy, so read the trophy description carefully. The other trophies can be unlocked at the same time as "Perfectionist", but I advise you to still check the descriptions of these to make sure you don't miss anything ^^


Perfectionist
Complete 15 objectives of any type during the same season

How to make the trophy : For all the rallies, you will have 1 short-term objective and 1 medium-term objective. After completing them, you will need 2 days to reset and have a new objective. The short-term objective involves doing only 1 rally, while the medium-term will involve 2 rallies (the last rally in Australia has no objective since it is the end of the season, so it does not count).
So you will need to set 11 short-term objectives, thus 1 rally (not 12 because in Italy, there aren't enough days between the previous rally and this one to reset the short-term objective, which already gives 11 out of 15). Then the mid-term objective will often be not to use a certain type of tire for 2 rallies (while the short-term objective will often be not to use a certain type of tire in 1 rally).
Just be careful not to have conflicting goals (for example, don't use a soft type during one rally and a hard type during two rallies, because you'll get stuck lol). The goal of earning a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time is bugged/mis-translated in my language, the same goes for the goal of doing training events (especially since there are no training events popping up even with the perk upgrade at maximum).
In summary, you need to complete 11 short-term events that require you not to use a certain type of tire for 1 rally, and do some medium-term events that will require you not to use a certain type of tire for 2 rallies. (As I said above, be careful not to have both types of tires in your objectives because you will be blocked and thus lose one of your objectives. You can make a maximum of 2 mistakes in your season; otherwise, you will have to restart one. Occasionally, you will have events where you can rest or stay above a certain amount of money for a certain time, and those you can do. But the events that require you to earn money, do training events, or maintain morale are, in my opinion, bugs/mistranslated in my language.)
And of course, as if it wasn't annoying enough to do, this trophy requires a minimum amount of luck. If you only have crappy objectives and even if you reset them and still get more crappy events, you'll be screwed until the end. As I said, if you miss 2 objectives in your season (whether it's due to an error/bug or because you can't complete them), you'll have to redo a reason.
I finished all the available trophies in career in about 15 hours, I only lacked this one (and you saw the number of game hours I have), I completed 3 and a half seasons in WRC to try to get this trophy. When I got the 2,000 kilometers trophy, and I saw that I didn't succeed in obtaining the trophy, I gave it to myself with a manager because I've had a huge overdose of rally games lately. I decided not to get tired of WRC games knowing that I still have the two longest ones to get all the trophies lol. How to make the trophy : At the end of your first season in WRC, you should be at something like 900-950 kilometers; you will probably unlock it after 1 or 2 rallies.

How to make the trophy : During your rallies in WRC, you will be able to do some night stages, you will probably earn this trophy during your career, if not, you will be able to do it in a quick stage.

How to make the trophy : In a WRC rally, you will have 6 stages, so if you already won all the stages in your first season in WRC, you would already be at 78/100. So you will probably get this trophy after your first rally of your second season.

Change team 5 times

How to make the trophy : The trophy pattern is very simple: Wrc junior (0) -> Wrc 3 (1) -> Wrc 2 (2) -> Wrc (3) -> after your 1st season in Wrc, I advise you to change teams (4) -> And then do this again for your 3rd season to reach 5/5 and thus unlock the trophy (if you change teams in the middle of the season, you will have to restart the season from 0, so if you want to change teams, you need to be sure that you won't be able to get the "Perfectionist" trophy () to change teams quickly, the best way to do it is to abandon each rally to lower your reputation with the constructor and thus wait to get fired to have other offers on the table.

Take part in 50 events in the calendar

How to make the trophy : I want to emphasize that the rest events do not count for this trophy (because otherwise it would be too easy, right? xd ?) Each rally event, training, maintenance, historic, and weather counts as 1 event for this trophy, do 50 to obtain the trophy.

Challenger
Win a first Stage in online Multiplayer mode

How to make the trophy : As the trophy says, you need to win an online stage to get it, so invite a friend or someone to do the trophy (post a message under this guide to find a mate).



Unfortunately, if when you look at this guide the online servers are closed or you cannot find a teammate, there is a very simple way to get this trophy.

Here is an Achievement manager, a software that allows you to unlock any achievement in just a few clicks. I know that using this method to obtain trophies may grind some people's gears, but unfortunately sometimes you will have no choice but to use it.

Public threat
Get a DNF state in any mode

How to make the trophy : To easily get this trophy, go to your settings and set the damage to realistic mode, then go to any stage of the Finland rally in WRC. Once in a stage, drive at full speed into a tree to completely destroy your car and thus earn the trophy (do it again if your car is not completely destroyed).


Force of nature
Win 15 Stages with dynamic weather in Quick Play mode

How to make the trophy : Go to 'quick stage' then go to the weather settings to enable dynamic weather, then win 15 stages (the shortest possible event) to obtain the trophy.


Nomad
Drive over 2,000km in any mode

How to make the trophy : As the trophy description says, you need to complete 2000 kilometers, so it's just grinding. I recommend doing this trophy last because it takes a long time to reach 2000 kilometers (even though I got this trophy while doing the 'Perfectionist' trophy because I was not lucky with my objectives :skull: )


Race master
Win a Stage in Authentic difficulty

How to make the trophy : Go to your settings and set the AI level to 'authentic', then go to quick stage and select the last stage in Sweden (activate the snowstorm weather so that the AI is slower). This is for me the easiest stage in the game and therefore has the highest chance of obtaining this trophy. WARNING this trophy is clearly more difficult than in the other WRC games, I found that in this game the difficulty is really higher.

- Apparently, there is another way to unlock this trophy, but I am not sure if it works. So go to your settings and set the difficulty to authentic, then win an online match and then win an offline match regardless of the difficulty. After that, the trophy should normally pop (I know that on PlayStation it's a method that works, but not 100% sure on Steam).
