What do we know about the upcoming DLC?
Készítő: Makskin
I've collected all the information about the upcoming DLC that we have based on the trailer. I can add something from my own experience, but I'm not a developer, so don't trust me 100% (trust me 64% instead).

Analysis of the trailer
On August 20, a trailer for the upcoming DLC for Cult of the Lamb was released on the Massive Monsters and Devolver Digital channels.
They don't differ in any way, but if you need it, here it is
Massive Monsters link:

Devolver Digital link:

In it, we see our lamb climbing a mountain, and then I guess it meets a statue of new god Yngya with a crown and a bell (it took me 7 minutes to remember the name of this thing).
Here's what the statue looks like in the trailer:

And here's what it looks like in the game:

then the lamb goes up to this statue and kind of awakens it and some Yngya's heart and we also see the silhouettes of other lambs.
Heart:

We are also shown a new location and enemies that resemble the womb from Binding of Isaac.
(Seriously, it's exactly like Isaac's womb.)
This is the location:

While I was looking at one of the update pictures, I noticed an alpaca or an antelope, or something in between. The question is, will it be in the game, and who the hell is it?:

In principle, the animated part of the trailer has come to an end.
Let's move on to the gameplay and new features.
New Gameplay Features In Cult
The first thing we see is a blizzard, which seems to be quite strong for us.
This is what it looks like:

You will need to improve your cult by using a new structure: the generator to prevent your followers from dying from frostbite.
How followers will look like with frostbite:

Generators:

As I understand that these blizzards will be at night, but more likely they will be both day and night like the rain that is already in the game.
During a blizzards, your movement speed and visibility will decrease, and it will also seem to wake up your followers.

Cattle Breeding:
In the trailer, we were shown yaks that we could ride. According to the Steam news, you can breed them and get food and fur from them, according to the description, you can also give animals to your followers (giving a goat to a goat sounds brilliant).

Yaks:

In one of the photos, you can see a goat in a pen, and it's not the same one as my avatar:
(The question is, is he only there to get food and wool, or can he do something else?)

From what I've seen, both the player and their followers can engage in cattle breeding. This requires feeders with grass, sleeping place, and, of course, a fence.

Buildings whose purpose is unknown:

I don't know what to call it, but I think this building will give us a new resource instead of a follower.

Some kind of warehouse, probably. Although I'm confused by something like a bulletin board standing nearby
(I can assume that resources will need to be stored in this thing)

It's either a workshop or a mine (I'm just confused by the coal nearby and the appearance of the building, so I can't provide an accurate answer)

judging by the protruding part of the follower, it's probably an insulated house

Too little of the house is visible, plus the part is blocked by the generator so I can't tell you what it is.
The only thing I can see is the bell, and I'm starting to think it's just a decoration.

A new type of quarry from a new location, most likely from the one that looks like Isaac's womb (until I or the developers come up with a name for this location, I will refer to it as such)

Strawberries have also been added to the game, and they can be grown in the gardens:

and I noticed in one of the shots, there was a kitchen and there was a pie, and I think this pie will be made from them:

Yngya, the forgotten God of the lambs, summons you to restore the flock and reclaim what time has erased. But as you breathe life into what long passed, a creeping Rot awakens, spreading corruption through the sacred mountain the lambs once called home…
New Locations And Weapons
The first thing I want to talk about is the new weapon. As I understand it, it's a morgenstern with two spiked balls (Although it may have two variations, one of which has a single spiked ball):

Here we see only one ball and one chain coming from it, but in the other screenshot there are two, although this may just be a bug.

My guess is that it's something like a long-range hammer, but slightly weaker

New location "Mountain":
The main enemies in this location will be wolves, and there are a lot of them (most of them are probably reskins of regular enemies)
Ordinary Wolf:

Kamikaze Wolf:

Many-eyed Wolf:

Skeletal Wolf:

Possessed Wolf:

Ice Golem (probably):

We're done with the enemies now for the interesting details:
The location will feature many frozen lambs and other animals, as well as legs and bones sticking out from under the ice:

And there will also be new traps:

There will also be a new boss Marchosias in this location:

With a high probability, he will be the boss of the mountain, and at least most of the enemies will obey him

New location "Womb":
Before I tell you about the features of the location, I want to complain about the color scheme. IT'S BRIGHT, RED, AND ORANGE, AND IT'S MAKING MY EYES POP OUT OF MY HEAD, JUST LIKE SOME MOBS FROM THIS LOCATION. I've been annoyed by this color scheme since Anura, and now it's here as well. Sorry, I just wanted to vent about my problems.

Enemies:
Spike ball:

I didn't quite understand what it was, as it could be the next mob's projectile.

Bloody Golem:

I called him a golem because I think he's a symbiosis of flesh and stone.

Bloody Swordsman:

Fleshdog:

Cage of Flesh:

Magma Slug:

Apparently, this mob will shoot magma, which will probably work in a similar way to poison:

Magma Snail:

this enemy will probably just leave a trail of magma behind

Tormentor:

this enemy is using one of the lambs as a weapon, and it looks like it's still alive:

Sheep Skeleton:

Ram Skeleton:

We're done with the enemies, now go to the boss:
Executioner:

YES! THE VERY EXECUTIONER FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME WHO KILLED YOU! IT'S TIME TO TAKE VENGEANCE ON HIM!
Wait, oh fu...

from what we saw in the trailer, we know that he summons enemies and throws skulls and bones at you:

I think the video is playing backwards when he appears because at the very beginning, for 1-2 frames, he's on his knees and the axe is far away from him, and I don't think he can attract the axe like Thor attracts Mjolnir:

New Small Features
New appearances of followers:
Polar Bear:

Chameleon:

Armadillo:

Yes, he's torturing our next follower:

Horned Hare:

He's clearly unhappy.

Orca:

Manul:

Pirate (this is clearly not an animal):

It's most likely one of the bosses in the snowy location.

Snow Wolf:

Mole:

Moth:

New decor:
new lighting sources

This lamp will be obtained in the new location, and this is how it looks in it:

Bone Decorations:

Other decorations:

(this is the maximum that was captured)

Snowdrops will also appear in the settlement:

So we're done.
About one of the new locations
In the screenshot in the steam we can see I think the destroyed village of lambs with the statue that I talked about at the beginning:

There are already excavated graves around the statue:

And yes, I believe there are 10 graves in total, 2 of which are off-screen:

next to each grave there is one ghost of a lamb again there are 10 of them but their models are repeated so I will show them once:

there's also a ghost who is far away from everyone else:

from the entire composition, I assume that this screenshot shows the location where we choose where to go on a crusade, and it looks like a ruined village, but i don't know the purpose of the graves. Also, judging by the ghosts, we can understand that it wasn't just our lamb that wore such a fleece, but how does this fit into the lore?
also, judging by the paths in this location, we haven't been shown another biome:

Nothing for now
I will add the latest news related to DLCs here before sorting them into sections!
7000$ RULEZ
Afterword
Well, the DLS is preparing for a large-scale.
I sincerely apologize for the quality of the screenshots, but I usually take them from the game, and when I enlarge them from screenshots on Steam or from videos in the trailer, the quality noticeably decreases.

It's possible but unlikely

What if we meet the lamb ghosts and some of them end up being the lamb’s relatives 😢

Well, maybe, but I still think it's just a regular fountain.

This looks cool and I like the breakdown. I agree with all of it, except I think the steaming green pool seen in the decorations section might be an onsen/hot-spring like structure that could be used to help followers stay warm in the cold/snowy environment, kindof like what's seen in the Jigokudani Monkey Park in Japan :)

I also want to add that the new composer is Arrowbird (probably) I'll have to look at his work.
