The beginner of the Orca series, this submarine features four-ballast tank configuration, allowing it to ascend and descend in a matter of moments. Armed and equipped for an attack vessel, the Orca 3 Tier1 is a capable Tier 1, taking on Europe's inhabitants, But not the most dangerous.
