3 Electric furnaces are about half of what it needs to fully refine the oil.

- made the drill more stable so it's kind of guaranteed to work.
- Large connectors on the bottom of the containers are gone because this was modified in Classic research mode and I didn't have those yet.
- made it accessible to ships.

for my version I definitely need to move the ship dock outside, the tsunamis keep wrecking every one of my tanker ships without fail.

Definitely needs the drill deeper part.
