A while ago, I bought SIGIL 1+2 off of https://romero.com/sigil and wanted to use the Buckethead and Thorr soundtracks in-game, but I ran into a few roadblocks. I had NO idea how to do that, and there wasn't a full guide on how to do it, so I looked around and found a few small guides buried in comment sections of steam community posts. After that, I basically had to figure it out on my own. Eventually I got it, but I don't want anybody to have to struggle through that learning process like I did, or give up and feel like they wasted their money because they couldn't figure it out, so I decided to make a guide to help people like me!

Please give your support to the original creators of these soundtracks, everybody's gotta pay the bills somehow.

To start off, like most steam games when you're modding them, you'll want to start out by heading to the game's local files by right clicking the DOOM1+2 icon and hovering over "manage", then clicking on the "browse local files" button (view image below).

You should then see a file browser window open that looks something like this:

Then, you want to extract the contents of the file archive found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NKx9dEytZTcBsHMAeSlgTTrxKW3oHwJv/view?usp=sharing into the "rerelease" folder. If it asks you if you want to replace the pre-existing file, say "yes".

After that, you should be done! you may close the window and boot up DOOM 1+2 and when you choose to play either SIGIL 1 or 2, you may change the audio setting that dictates which soundtrack you use (either midi or remix) and it will change between James Paddock's soundtrack and Buckethead's/Thorr's!
