Dear reader it is I Prince Chadicus - Maybe you have heard of my father, the king? Here are notes that I stole- I mean WROTE these notes for the world of WAR as to give you, my dear aspirants, an insight of what you may expect!

"Ah yes, the bone boys who go clacking in the night. These wretches are hardly a threat to any decent fighter, but they may harass your peasants if you're not busy doing so yourself."

"Insurrectionists who have turned away from the rule of my father - The king! How dare they! Kill them without mercy and flog them in the streets."

"Small weird green men who die easily if you can reach them! They do carry bows, which of course is not a concern to a true knight!"

"Ah yes. The noble dirt beneath my noble feet. These men carry the weight of our society upon their backs, so it is important that you keep them in line."

Speed - 6
Attack type - Melee/Missile
Weapon Damage - 3(10 if with a bow)

Upgrades:
Bows Reserve
Cost - 100 Lumber & 200 Gold
Effect - Allows for the Peasant to use a bow when garrisoned.






"A true warrior who goes into battle afoot! No fear, just a sword by your side and a potion in your belt. Sometimes they grow afeared and pick up a shield, but such is for lesser men."
Name - Swordsman
Hitpoints - 140
Hitpoints per Rank - 40
Speed - 7(4 when defending)
Attack type - Melee
Weapon Damage - 6

Upgrades:
Charge
Cost - 400 Gold
Effect - Allows the swordsman to close the distance with the enemy nearly instantaneously.
Shields
Prerequisite - Fort
Cost - 200 Lumber & 400 Gold
Effect - A toggling ability that allows for the Swordsman to greatly decrease ranged damage, but slows him down.






"Like the noble peasant, except unable to contribute meaningfully to society. They do serve a purely strategic role in an army, but lack courage and strength of character."

Hitpoints per Rank - 30
Speed - 7
Attack type - Missile
Weapon Damage - 8

Upgrades:
Arrows Sharpening
Prerequisite - Fort
Cost - 600 Gold
Effect - Increase Archer damage by 3.
Long Bows
Prerequisite - Castle
Cost - 600 Gold
Effect - Increase Archer range by 6.






"Almost like the archer, except worse. They have to work in teams to carry around their weapon. You would never see me sharing my weapon with someone else, unless I'm stabbing them."

Attack type - Missile
Weapon Damage - 15(shoots in a cone)

Upgrades:
Artillery
Cost - 400 Lumber & 600 Gold
Effect - Fires a cannonball outside its range and any unit that is hit takes 60 from the center and less when further from it. Can damage friendly units.






"Forsooth! The Cavalier! The mounted knight! High on his noble steed he brings sword to the foe and faith to my people. As long as it is the correct faith, I let them roam as they wish."

Prerequisite - Church
Cost - 800 Gold
Effect - For every 10 points of mana the Cavalier heals an ally unit for 10 HP(he cannot heal himself). The Cavalier will heal the ally to full HP with no chance of overhealing.






"Someone somehow thought it was a good idea to bring SCHOLARS to the battlefield. Scholars! Fragile, queasy, SCHOLARS! They can conjure magical shields, which is their only redeeming quality."

Speed - 7
Attack type - N/A

Spells:
Magic Shield
Mana Cost - 40
Effect - Greatly reduces ANY incoming damage for a 30 seconds.
Slowdown
Mana Cost - 60
Effect - Reduces the movement speed of the enemy units caught in the area to a crawling pace for 15 seconds. Allied units are immune to the spell.

Upgrades:
Dispel Magic
Prerequisite - Church
Cost - 800 Gold
Mana Cost - 60
Effect - Removes both buffs and debuffs in a small area.
Orcs
Ah yes, the savage plebs...






"Look at how the savage plebeians enforce their wretched slaves to do their bidding. This is a clear sign that their society is lesser than ours and evil to the root."
Name - Worker
Hitpoints - 60
Speed - 6
Attack type - Melee/Missile
Weapon Damage - 3(10 if with a bow)

Effect - Increase the damage of the targeted unit by x1.75 for 30 seconds.






"Imagine my disappointment when an enemy had WAR in their name, only for it to be a fragile, scheming, bone-summoning, spell slinging, degenerate!"
Name - Warlock
Hitpoints - 240
Mana - 200
Speed - 7
Attack type - N/A

Spells:
Life Drain
Mana Cost - 60
Effect - Deals 200 damage to the target if they are below 50% of their original health and restores HP equal to the damage dealt from the spell to the Warlock.
Spawn Bones
Mana Cost - 60
Effect - Raise two skeletons that you can control that last 45 seconds.

Upgrades:
Death Cloud
Prerequisite - Alter
Cost - 800 Gold
Mana Cost - 120
Effect - For 15 seconds the cloud lowers the targets hp to 1/3 of its original one. The cloud cannot kill the effected units and leaves them at 1 hp.
