This guide explains how to obtain all achievements. Achievements whose description is sufficient to understand how to obtain them will not be discussed in detail, while others will be accompanied by a description and images.

There are three sections:

• Miscellaneous: various achievements related to specific conditions
  
• Form: achievements related to the use of specific Forms
  
• Challenges: achievements related to the completion of challenges

This part contains spoilers if you haven't finished the game at least once.
The Glitch Form is a special form that can be obtained inserting a password in the terminal located in the room with the big statue that gives a special object. The password is: Eclipse, which is visible at the end of the credits.

First Awakening
You will unlock this in your first run

Defeat Antares


Hyper Drive
Move 500% faster than base speed
To unlock this achievement you have to get the item "Speed Trigger", which increases movement speed when switching form

Training Weights
Have an 80% movement debuff
To unlock this achievement you need to use the Fire Form (which slows your movements while firing) and use items that reduce your movement speed like:
- Leviathan Scale: Your projectiles are larger and do [25%] more damage, but move slower
- Wyrmweave Wiring: Gain [20%] Primary and Secondary Attack Speed. You move [20%] slower

Cold Flame
Defeat Regulus


End of all Ends
Beat the game
After defeating Regulus, go into the next room and interact with the Ship

Survivor
Survive a boss fight with 5 or less HP


Another Sector
Beat a full second loop after defeating Regulus
After beating Regulus, go into the next room but instead of interacting with the ship go to your left towards a big hole in the floor (showed in the image). Press F and restart again another run. I suggest to do a second loop only when equipped with a very strong combination of forms, because in the second loop, rooms will be more crowded and more difficult to complete


Divided Allegiance
Spawn a friendly crawler
To obtain this achievement you have to use the secondary skill of the Tennis form to reflect the bullet shoot by a Pile as showed in the image below


Reflected Star
Reflect a Starbust Guard's exploding projectile
Use the Tennis form to reflect the bullet shoot by a Starbust Guard like in the image below


Cheater
Enable Dev Cheats
Open pause menu (Esc) and then hold down at the same time the following keys in the specified order: W, E, I

No Patches Needed
Beat the game without healing
You can try to obtain this achievement either in a normal run or in a challenge. I obtained it when I completed the challenge "The Gauntlet"

Ostrich Form
Reach the credits in under twelve minutes
Being honest, i was able to obtain this achievement only using the dev cheats (how to unlock them is explained in the achievement "Cheater"). In the guide linked is explained how to use commands through the command interface. I started a run and then got the forms needed to clear fast every room. Possibly it can be done even without the dev cheats, but you'll need a great dose of luck

Scholar of the Factory
Unlock every terminal entry

This section will cover achievements related to the use of Forms.

Untouchable
Destroy 13 projectiles with one Shock Field
Try to group enough enemies and wait till they shoot at you, then use the secondary skill of the Vessel form. Suggestion: try to achieve this with a Guard (showed in the image below) in the room; group the Guard with other enemies, wait till they shoot at you and then try to destroy their bullets with the Shock Field. This should help since the Guard shoots several bullets



Bid Buddy
Have your ghost buddy to over double the base size
Use the secondary skill of the Spirit Form and try to keep your crosshair upon enemies


Feeling Protected
Reach 15 protective notes using V-Synth
This can be obtained easily using V-Synth form, then switching to Glitch Form and using its secondary skill. Alternatively, you can obtain this achievement combining V-Synth with forms like Tennis or Spirit as mods



Blown Away
Shoot a wind-blast enhanced projectile through two separate tornados
Use the Tornado form to shoot two tornados with your secondary skill and then shoot one normal bullet through them


Constructor
Have twelve constructs active at the same time
I suggest to kill small enemies (like the ones in the images below) to create constructs faster. This achievement is easier to obtain when the Construct form is combined with other forms like Tennis/Spirit. You can also help yourself using the item "Entourage" which spawns 5 construct at the beginning of a room



Swift and Deadly
Perform five Hunter Dash resets in a row
Use the Hunter form to attack enemies, then when you see the "Marked" icon upon an enemy (showed in the image below) use the secondary skill to dash towards it, in this way the secondary skill won't have a cooldown and you can use it more times in a row



Magnetic Flux
Have an electromagnet explode containing at least nine enemies
Use the Magnetic Form, then try to group many enemies, use the secondary skill to group them together and then shoot magnets towards them


Webslinger
Shoot a Spider Bite thorugh 8 or more webs
I suggest to try to obtain this achievement after clearing a room. With the Spider form, find a spot with two near walls, then shoot a bullet towards one wall and another bullet towards the other one, creating a web. Do this at least 8 times, then shoot a Spider Bite with your secondary skill through the webs



Blazing
Deal 60 damage on a single damage tick of burn
At the actual version of the game (1.3.2) this achievement is not unlockable. To obtain it you have to follow this steps: go to the page of the game, go to properties, go to "Beta", in the dropdown list select the version "classic - classic dracomaton - as released in august 2023", as showed in the image.
When this version is installed, play the game. To obtain the achievement you have to get the Flame form, evolve it to the Oil Leak form and obtain as many items as possible that increase the attack power (among all of them i suggest to try to obtain "Proximity Field")


Balling
Bounce a tennis ball eight times in a row
Also in this case, i suggest to obtain this achievement after clearing a room. With the Tennis form, shoot a single ball and then use the secondary skill to bounce it 8 times

In this section are covered achievements related to Challenges. Challenges are unlocked after completing the game at least once.


Challenge: Chaotic
Complete "Challenge: Chaotic"


Challenge: The Gauntlet
Complete "Challenge: The Gauntlet"


Platform Mode
Reach the credits with the platformer item in your inventory.
To obtain this achievement you have to complete the challenge "Platformer"


Challenge: Cloning
Complete "Challenge: Cloning"
I tried this challenge so many times, but at the actual state (version 1.3.2) it's almost broken. I say almost because i think there is one combination of forms that can be used to complete this challenge but you have to be very lucky to find everything you need immediately. In one of my runs i've found this strong combination, but despite this i had to use the dev cheats to restore health in two rooms, because they were impossible to clear. The combination i suggest is:

First set

• Principal Form: Tennis
  
• Mods: Spirit (essential) - Construct - Flame

Second set

• Principal Form: Glitch (use the secondary skill of this form to multiply the tennis balls)
  
• Mods: whatever

In addition, i used also items that increase the speed rate of primary attacks. This combination is very powerful and allowed me to complete this challenge almost without the need of dev cheats.
