Beskrivning
Adds a config for Uncle Dave was a Prepper allowing this location to be fully powered, fully connected plumbing and optional loot, controlled by the Uncle Dave mod.
In the sandbox, you can spawn at 9 different locations around the facility if you select the facility from the spawn menu.

Now features an optional extended loot config that fills up the main warehouse and kitchen storages with extra loot.

Optionally clear facility of zombies

I've been noticing this on same issue that womp brought up. Sorry for not reporting it, but my fix has been to -debug "clear zombies" on spawn. Also random puts me in the same spot everytime.

@womp inside the base? Should remove them from the whole base from my testing, but the outside will still have normal distribution

Even when turning off "keep zombies". They still spawn
