I figured out the squadron Boats and ships by taking them into a battle and zooming in to see what each one of them had for weapons. As that is not a definitive way I may have missed something or gotten something wrong. If you see something I missed or got wrong please let me know so I can change it, thx.

50cals = 50cal turrets
30cal + Oerlikon = Single Oerlikon with 30cal turrets
50cal + Oerlikon = Single Oerlikon with 50cal turrets
30cal + Bofors = Single Bofors with 30cal turrets
50cal + Bofors = Single Bofors with 50cal turrets

Butler = 2-Armored 3"gun, 2-Double BOFORS, 3-Single Oerlikon, 6-50cals
Fletcher = 5-Armored 3"gun, 2-Double BOFORS, 2-Oerlikon
Tender = 2-Armored 3"gun, 4-Double BOFORS, Can resupply torpedoes in battle

*Note: Armored 3"gun means the gun where the people sit is encased in 360 degree armor, or box of armor.
**Note: The Armored 3"gun is a guess at the caliber, since it doesn't say, and appears to be similar to the 3"gun in size. Though it may be a higher caliber.
