GUIDE CONTAINS SPOILERS OF LONE WOLF, LOOK AT WHAT YOU SPECIFICALLY NEED TO AVOID SPOILERS

As of 8/23/25 (or 23/8/25 for weirdos), I'll be not monitoring or answering as frequently, I feel like the majority of the questions can be answered through the guide and others are welcome enough to help out. I'll be checking in time-to-time to answer but won't be answering questions like I use to.

Any odd formating means I'm right now editing the guide
Information
This guide explains just about everything that can be found or obtained in the game.
This ranges from the unlockable floors to how to obtain optional items, this is more of a guide to get a 100% save.

If any information is incorrect, or missing just leave a message somewhere I can see so I can fix or include it!
Floors/elevator buttons
How to get the Elevator Buttons

To obtain the following floors, there are a few prerequisites/requirements before the elevator button spawns on the floor, getting the elevator buttons allow you to go to those floors.

For the following floors;

  • Music Department

You need to complete/clear the floor a single time, then kill a certain amount of enemies for the elevator button to spawn
(Example being to get "Artist's Rest"'s button you need to clear "The Studios" at least once and kill 10 searchers)

How do I unlock ??? Floor

Ater datamining, the ??? doesn't exist, it might come at a later update however at the moment no matter what you do it can't be unlocked by any in-game means.

How do I get to Floor 414

To get on Floor 414, you need to survive until the 414th day for a 100% chance, however you can encounter it early by pure luck/randomness. No matter what floor/level you go onto it will force you to go to Floor 414 where Borkis replaces the Ink Demon.

Floor Bosses and enemies

There are a couple floors that have different enemies than the Ink Demon, the follow have them;

  • The Studios

  • Bonus enemies
    - Butcher Gang (after gaining 5 padlock keys and opening the crate, can appear on any floor)
    - Mechanical Animatronics (after defeating them during the boss fight every 10 days)

After unlocking any enemy, they can appear on any floor, meaning a GENT Turret could appear in Artist's Rest... beware artists...
Playable Characters
There are a total of 3 playable characters, however at the time of creating this you are unable to use the other two in normal floors and only able to use them on their specific level.

  • Boris
    - Default character
    - Ability to stack buffs later on
  • Porter
    - Playable in the special Tunnel level
    - Able to use the "Flow"/teleport ability, however it takes stamina

  • Sammy Lawrence
    - Playable in the special Music Department level
    - Unable to run
    - Able to "vanish" inside ink cracks that are found in walls to teleport to different rooms, however it takes stamina

How to unlock

  • Sammy Lawrence
    - After unlocking the Music Department, collect 4 candles and Sammy's Mask, then set up the ritual in the Mens restroom in Boris' Safehouse

  • Porter
    - After unlocking the Tunnels, find 5 lost papers then return them to the Golden Days Gallery in the Safehouse

Weapons/Componants
The game has 5 total weapons you can unlock with components you can find on floors
(This if from my personal experience on which floor I obtained it on)

Each weapon deals more and more damage than the last one, but don't know the exact damage outputs however the Scythe can one shot anything except bosses

Frying Pan
Given by default
Plunger
Found in The Studios in any openable object
Baseball Bat
Found in Abyss in any openable object
Mallet
Found in GENT Workshop in any openable object
Scythe
Found in GENT Crates that appear on all floors after unlocking the ink toy and the 7 mystery boxes, however it's a low chance even on easy to obtain it

Each weapon has a chance, so it may take a couple floors until you get the weapon components

Safehouse/Arcade Obtainables
There are a few secrets in the safehouse and the arcade that can lead to unlockable information in your safehouse

Safehouse Unlockables

To obtain the banjo in the Safehouse, you can find a spare banjo in the Music Department floor in one of the coffins, collecting one and finishing the floor gives you a permanent banjo by the kitchen stove

After collecting 7 scraps, near the kitchen you can see a bunch of papers to the right with a big bendy drawing with a frown, interacting shows Boris' Backstory

Getting 5 hearts from the Abyss floor can let you replace the Ink Demon as the Projectionist

Collecting 5 padlock keys can unlock the Butcher Gang as a enemy on any floor

Past the elevator there is Fuseball machine, you need 6 fuses to repair it and play.
Beat Wally's high score to be able to listen to a Joey Drew audio tape

Collecting 5 Milla audio tapes and the Safehouse key can unlock a special Lower Levels floor where Alice Angel replaces the Ink Demon as a hunter

Getting 5 lost papers can let you play as Porter in the Tunnels floor, playing hide and seek with a lost one

To get Sammy you need to collect 4 candles and his mask to unlock a special Music Department floor with him as the character

In the females and males bathroom there can be audio tapes found, however for the males bathroom you must complete the Sammy's Music Department level to unlock the Wilson tape

Arcade Unlockables

To obtain the Arcade Key, you must defeat a boss on a random boss floor.
Inside you will find a couple arcades/games you can play

To unlock the Bowling room you need to find a bowling ball in one of the lockers of any floor after unlocking the Arcade room

  • Butcher's Bash
    - Winning the game currently does nothing
  • Dart Board
    - Winning the game currently does nothing
  • Bowling
    - Winning the game currently does nothing
  • Claw Machine
    - Able to unlock a total of 7 cute plushies in the middle of the arcade room

How to get the ending of Lone Wolf
To obtain Steel Boris, you need to complete the game to this point
To finish the main game, in the elevator room you can see a sign you can press E on, and it'll show you need 7 total mystery boxes, after collecting all 7 and getting the GENT Key and unlocking the door in your safehouse with all 5 Prototype Schematics, you are able to open those boxes to get the prototype parts for the Prototype Ink machine, after turning it on you go through a 3 wave boss fight of all enemies while the machine powers on. After finishing all 3 waves you get to see the ending cutscene.
Optional Obtainables/Boris Buffs
To have a "100% save", there are 3 optional collectibles that do NOT affect the ending or achievements (I believe), the collectibles are rare so you might need to run that floor a couple times to obtain said collectible

Safehouse Book
Currently doesn't have a purpose but the book can be found on any floor in lockers, it's on the kitchen table next to the Boris bone, you can't interact with it and only there for decorative purposes at the moment.

Ink Toy
Can be found in Boris' corpses in the Lower Levels floor, in your safehouse you can find it by the kitchen as a little toy you can change from the Ink machine to little plushies of the popular bendy characters.

Golden Bacon Soup
Found in lockers, it permanently increases your amount of stamina allowing you to run or swing faster. You can use it at your safehouse and disappears on use however if you relaunch your game it'll be there again, it also makes any bacon soup you drink from the machines golden as well

Boris' Bone
Found in lockers or on top of items, after finding it, it can be on the kitchen table for you to use, it makes boris sprint faster, pairing up with the golden bacon soup and this, you can outrun any enemy you encounter.

B:LW Frequently Asked Questions
I've seen some commonly asked questions, and I wanted to include it in this guide just so it doesn't get tossed around often, and putting it here in it's own section as it wouldn't really fit in the others.

Q: How do I get the 8th plushie from the Claw Machine?
The 8th plushie is unobtainable at the moment, I tried editing my save to try and force me having it but there isn't a difference anywhere in the safehouse

Q: I see someone in one of the floors then quickly teleport away
Yeah, that's Gruffel, he's spotted on multiple floors as a little secret from Bendy's ARG; Secret of the Machine

Q: There's a wandering sin cutout outside the map, is that a sign for something?
Currently there isn't a reason for him being there, but it might just be a little easter egg since that cutout is often seen outside the map in the other games

Q: How do I get the Forever Tomorrow achievement?
To get the achievement, you need to head to the Golden Day Gallery in your safehouse and in that room you can find a chair, walking up to it you have a choice to spin it. If you decide to spin the chair, you'll get the achievement.

Adding questions whenever I can if I know the answer and if it's asked a lot.
Conclusion
Thanks for reading my guide, might of been a bit sloppy since it's my first Steam Guide however some liked it. Made this guide since I kinda got tired of answering the same questions in the Bendy discord server and thought this will hopefully education the players on whatever they needed

I already saw that the scythe deals more damage than the mallet, and the mallet deals more damage than the weapons before. Does anybody know if the plunger and the baseball bat deal more, less or the same damage as the pan?

Has anyone figured out how to get the “big head” Boris that JDS posted on their YT and IG? I saw a comment in YT saying mode so is that a hard mode exclusive or something?
