Global Map Ship Speedup (+30%)

Description
Increases the base speed of the ship to +30% while on the world map.

Keep in mind, the ship's speed on the map can still be affected by the wind.

*Incompatible with "Full Map Global Reveal" at the moment, as it changes the values of the same file.
*Uninstalling the mod restores the ship's default speed.

(This is my first mod, please bear this in mind if there's any bugs. Attempting to keep things simple.)

1. No, it affects the settings that control the ship's speed, it does not touch the save file.
2. It only affects the player ship. I had set the ship speed to 500% in testing, my own ship was the only one darting around.

2. Is that change speed only main hero ship or all on map?

This mod may be incompatible with some mods. Have tested with "Full Global Map Reveal" and this is 1 mod it conflicted with.
