[RGON] Consistent Champion Sprites

Beskrivning
This mod reduces the sprite size of champions enemies to be consistent with their hitbox. Also replace colors manually to give a colors that fit more with Isaac.

I made a bunch of enemies, but there are a lot that I will recoloring with the time

It needs REPENTOGON to work!
You can set the champions scale to normal like vanilla with Mod Config Menu

I just don't like enemy champions producing mixels, that's my personal thought
But I think larger sizes are good for accesibilty and a good option, I just want to give more options for people like me :celeste_bird:
