By Day_Fanton
In this guide I want to demonstrate all the anomalies in the game Bring Me... I also gave some tips for passing and divided the anomalies into classes.

Introduction
I noticed that this game doesn’t have any proper guides or complete information about all anomalies, so I personally found and documented every single one. Screenshots and videos are attached everywhere, so you can clearly understand what is being described.
For your convenience, I’ve divided the guide into categories:

  • Impossible to miss — anomalies that only a blind and deaf person would fail to notice.
  • Hard to miss — anomalies that require you to at least look into fairly obvious places.
  • Requires attention — anomalies that can be missed, but you’re unlikely to overlook them after you’ve played a bit or read this guide.
  • Easy to miss — anomalies that are most often left unnoticed.

In addition to the categories, I’ve created special tags for each anomaly, which are placed at the end of its title:

  • [JUMPSCARE] — the anomaly is, or includes, a scary image/object/creature accompanied by a loud sound to startle the player.
  • [LISTEN CLOSELY] — the anomaly is purely sound-based, with no visuals, so it can be missed if the player isn’t paying close attention to audio.
  • [HAS SOUND] — the anomaly makes a sound when it appears, so it can be noticed both visually and by hearing it.

Within each category, I’ve listed anomalies in the order in which they can be encountered in the game, making it easier to navigate and remember them.

Some content is hidden under spoilers — this is information you’ll discover as you progress. Open them only when you already have a general idea of what’s going on, or if you don’t mind learning things in advance.

This guide assumes you have your sound enabled, since the game itself does not provide a deaf-friendly mode, and some anomalies have no visual indicators at all — you have to listen for them.

If you find anomalies that, for some reason, aren’t in the guide (likely because the game updated and I missed it) — please contact me and I’ll update everything. Ideally, prepare screenshots or even a video.
Tips
1. When you start a completely new game, your very first day “0” (the tutorial day) will have no anomalies at all. You can safely run through it without checking anywhere. However, if you answer incorrectly on any later day and the days reset back to “0,” you’ll still need to check everything — only the very start of a new game has a 100% chance of no anomalies.
From this comes another tip — don’t make mental associations like: “It’s Day 6, so there won’t be any anomalies.” No — even if you’ve been lucky before, there are no fixed, pre-scripted days in the game. Every single day (except for the very first one of a brand-new game) is completely random.

2. Anomalies repeat. Don’t think that if you’ve found an anomaly once, you can ignore the spot where it appeared. Absolutely all anomalies are random, and even if you haven’t unlocked all 50 yet, they can still repeat.

3. Drive the cart carefully — if you turn too sharply and it gets stuck in a wall, it might clip through the map, forcing you to restart. Sometimes you might get lucky and it just gets thrown into another room, so before restarting, look around thoroughly.

4. If you’re not aiming for immersion and your goal is to finish the game faster, I recommend playing with friends. Keeping track of all 50 anomalies can be challenging, so having a second pair of eyes is very helpful. It also makes the repetitive gameplay more enjoyable.
Impossible to miss
Floor changed
Throughout the house, the dark oak parquet is replaced with black-and-white tiles.

Jumpscare behind you [JUMPSCARE] [HAS SOUND]
Behind you appears our mother, but you don’t actually have to look at her; just hearing the breathing sound is enough to keep going.

Bathroom door [JUMPSCARE] [HAS SOUND]
If you enter this bathroom, you will die, and all your progress will be reset. However, you will get an achievement for it. You don’t actually have to go inside — you can just walk past. Our mother will jump out from behind the shower curtain and kill you.

Wall [HAS SOUND]

Music [LISTEN CLOSELY]
The usual music playing on the radio will become heavily distorted.

Jumpscare in the window [JUMPSCARE]
If you approach the window, our mother will rush at you and hit the glass. You can avoid it entirely by just walking past.

Noose

Writing on the wall

Skulls in the hallway
The skulls are located in two places in the house.

Cold [HAS SOUND]
The temperature on the thermometer drops sharply, and the player’s breath becomes visible. At the same time, the lighting becomes colder.

Father scares you [JUMPSCARE]
When you approach the father’s chair, you may notice he’s not there. Be ready — he will jump out at you and scare you.

Father twists his head [HAS SOUND]

Floating objects
In the living room, all surrounding objects will start floating.

Phone ringing [HAS SOUND]
You will get a call with a death threat. But don’t worry, nothing will actually happen. You can ignore the call and keep going.

Chandelier jumpscare [JUMPSCARE] [HAS SOUND]
Our mother will be on the chandelier right in the living room. Remember, she will only appear after you give your father his food and medicine, but even then you’ll hardly miss this anomaly since it comes with a loud sound.

Fridge [JUMPSCARE]
A red fridge from your kitchen appears in the living room. If you approach it, someone inside will start shaking it.

Tire [JUMPSCARE]
A car tire will suddenly roll out at you. Obviously, this is a reference to the car accident.

Car jumpscare [JUMPSCARE] [HAS SOUND]
First, you’ll hear the sound of a passing car, and then a car will burst through the wall right at you. This is the same pickup truck from the accident.

Boy with pumpkin [HAS SOUND]
In the window, you’ll see a boy whose head is replaced with a carved pumpkin. If you get closer, he’ll say: “Trick or treat!”.

Want to survive?
At the very end, the tablet will display “Want to survive?” instead of the usual “Anomalies Detected”. You must check the box on the tablet and proceed to the kitchen.

Hard to miss
Whiskey Bottle
Instead of pills on the serving cart, there will be a bottle of whiskey.

Paintings Swapped
In two places in the house, paintings and other wall decorations have swapped places.

Sixes
On all the doors in the house, except for the ones leading to the kitchen and outside, three sixes have appeared.

Blood from the Door
A whole puddle of blood is flowing out from one of the doors.

Jumpscare at the Front Door [JUMPSCARE] [HAS SOUND]
You can see a ghost right through the front door. It’s our mother returned after that very accident in the form of a ghost. You don’t have to trigger the scare to proceed.

Throw Blanket on Father’s Chair
Usually the throw on father’s chair is in a white-and-green checkered pattern, but now it’s black-and-red.

Ball and Chain
There’s a ball and chain on father’s leg. This is likely an allegory that father has locked himself away, fallen into deep depression after losing his loved one, and imprisoned himself in that very chair.

Father Eating Pizza
Father transforms our sandwich into a pizza.

Huge Eye in the Window

Lamp Flickering

Second Father
Behind a slightly open door, there will be an exact copy of our father watching TV. Or perhaps this slightly open door is some kind of one-way portal that we, unfortunately, can’t enter?

Gift [JUMPSCARE]
If you approach the gift behind the slightly open door, our mother will scare you once again. Triggering the scare is not necessary.

Head
Behind the slightly open door, there is a head placed on a pedestal plate.

Books
These books are supposed to be red, but now they are green.

Requires attention
Switches Lowered
The light switches throughout the house have been lowered significantly.

Cabinet Drawers
The drawers of the cabinet with the bull figurine are pulled out in a staircase pattern.

Extra Light Bulb

Notes on the Table
Near father, there will be yellow sticky notes with depressing messages. This anomaly is likely based on the idea that our father blames himself for the accident and refuses to let himself forget about it through these notes.

Text on the TV
Depressing messages appear on the TV. Be attentive — you need to watch the TV for at least a second, as there’s a short interval between these messages when the screen just shows static.

Withered Plant
The potted plant becomes noticeably smaller.

Floor Creak [LISTEN CLOSELY]
Carefully watch the video and memorize the spot where this creak happens so you don’t miss it. It’s quite distinct, so you’re unlikely to overlook it if you’re ready for the floor to creak in that place.

Beaver Poster
Previously, there was a poster for the game "The Renovator: Origins" from the same developers as "Bring Me...". Now it’s replaced with a poster for another game from them: "Don't Mess With Bober".

Easy to miss
Car
The car in front of the house will change. It will become the same pickup truck involved in the fatal accident.

Head on the chandelier

Ceiling fan spinning [HAS SOUND]
Normally, this fan should not be spinning. Pay close attention to it.

Fan is watching the player
I recommend moving left and right in front of it to clearly notice it following you.

Green liquid
In the father's IV drip, instead of the usual clear liquid, there will be green liquid.

Clock running backwards

Peeking out of the closet
I suggest paying attention to this anomaly first, as it can only be noticed for a second before our mother hides in the closet, and you will no longer be able to detect it.

Eyes in the ventilation
Here I recommend inspecting the ventilation from all angles, as from certain angles the eyes may not be visible.

Gratitude
I want to thank my girlfriend for staying up late with me, helping to spot anomalies I missed, rewatching videos to point out things I didn’t notice, and correcting the mistakes I made. 🖤
