Opis
A fix for the NullReferenceException in MSE2 that occurs during faction/pawn generation (during world generation).

Load it after / below MSE2.

@slimeform so I haven't been able to recreate the issue. Here is what I tried:
- Started a fresh game
- Spawned a hospital bed, bionic arm, power claw module, and a ranged platform module
- Gave a pawn 20 med skill
- Assigned another pawn surgery to install bionic arm (only worked when the bionic arm was complete, not a segment)
- Surgery succeeded, bionic arm installed with 4 module slots (shoulder, arm, handx2)
- Surgery options appear to install power claw module in the hand, and ranged platform module in arm or shoulder

Can you give me more information?

Does this also make the modules installable again? Currently I have a bunch of specialized arms etc that I can't use.
@Kothliim, after more then 10 hours playing with it patch quests still generated normal. So, I think it's win. Thanks for patch

I tried generating a world 3 times (with about 300 other mods, including all current DLCs) and it worked every time with your mod loaded. I tried again without your mod and factions stop generating again.
