It's Dess Holiday! The long lost sister of Noelle. This is a fanmade model of course, and is not mine. The creators are linked below. (I just ported this to Gmod.)

apologies, i hope i didnt sound forceful, i understand though. i might try tending to it myself, if i can i might forward it to you if i can. i swear i can remember some og left 4 dead pm ports- like back when even having the default survivors was a desirable commodity that the hands had an issue with the thumbs as well.. might be mendable.
