I found some confusion during my achievement hunt so here's a guide how I got the achievement.

Bismuth (mining in dessert, mine 3 of these for 1. quest, 2 museum)
Blue Flower (forest, might take some time to spawn, sleep 2 nights if you cannot find them right away)
Bone (desert, digging)

Claw (found in valley, and sometimes when digging)
Clay (found in mountain)
Clay Bricks (made)
Coastal Fruit (beach area, synth)
Cotton (desert, synth)
Dark Stone (mountain)

Feather (honestly theyre kinda everywhere)

Firefly (at night (sleep till night, wrap with point to swamp) and collect them in the swamp

Ice Crystal (just called Ice in the game, mining in snowy mountains)
Leaf (found on ground or by demolishing these small little mountains of leaves)
