Tower of the lonely lord

This a 10 floor tower with everything one need to live, it is surrounded by a river offering illimited water and protection. Moreover a waterwheel powers a lift allowing the transport of heavy furniture between the floors. Water can lifted everywhere it is needed (bathrooms, the kitchen, etc.). The lord can enjoy a confortable bedroom, laboratory, dining room, etc. The first floors are reserved to the guard, the servants, the kitchen. And floors below allow for the storage of food and equipement, there is even a smith/carpenter to maintain the tower.
