(basically its just the same rope tool, but its stripped down and works for players and npc's)


Will work for:

Players, NPC'S, Bots, Vehicles, Props (all of them), Attach Player/NPC To the world!

How to use?

hold q > go to constraints tab> Player/NPC Rope Tool
