Here are the bugs that can be easily fixed:
1. When you click on the "regions" tab in the main menu, the game turns pitch black and you can only exit it by pressing Alt+F4

^ This is an easy way to check whether the fix will work for you.

The following bugs contain minor spoilers:
2. There should be several golden rings like this on the map, but there aren't any.
3. Despite having the ability, you can't open portals anywhere. Also it says "the paths overflow beyond measure" a lot.
4. If you try to teleport with max portal fatigue (full purple bar), you'll be stuck in the portal until you exit to the main menu or die
