Sollist - Anton admires and builds upon the legacy of Colonel Soll who brought stability to Sordland under a tumultuous period of unrest. Anton is a nationalistic Sord who genuinely cares about the welfare of his country and intends to restore Sordland to its former glory through any means necessary. Anton has grown to mistrust all factions, who are blinded by personal greed, and are tearing the country apart. The difficult and unpopular decisions he makes are with Sordland's best interest at heart and he believes he is the only one capable of bringing about real change and stability to the nation. In his quest for Sordland, will Anton become the very thing he despises and swore to destroy?

Autocrat - Anton will start off playing to the tune of the Old Guards and enact a state of Emergency, granting his administration the power to deal with foreign and domestic threats immediately and restore stability to the country. Anton views anyone who opposes the administration as an enemy of the state. Anton will eventually outmanoeuvre the Old Guard in an attempt to seize complete control of the administration.

At home, do not stop Monica from advocating Women's Rights, stopping her outright can ruin your marriage, the assembly (GNA) will reject her work later in the game, if it passes GNA just Veto it, do not use emergency powers to approve which will cost (-2) ED.
  
• Military Budget - Listen to Iosef on everything military as he represents the new school of thought by having a highly modernised, motivated and professional army. Iosef's strategy will result in significantly fewer losses during the war with Rumburg. Valken represents the old school of thought of trench warfare and throwing bodies at a problem, however will help drop unemployment rates and maintain popularity among conservatives. We must be consistent in either Iosef's or Valken's strategy in all decisions moving forward leading up to war. Having a mixed strategy can lose us the war with Rumburg.
  
• SSP - Focus on the reformists, they are gaining popularity fast and are a threat. No need to focus on Old Guard, Lileas is loyal to the old guard and will find out. Not sure if there are any consequences.
  
• Wehlen Trade - Have fun with Funny Man, be impressed with the statue, say he knows how to handle dissidents, ask him to pay the street vendor (throwback to Putin and Erdogan ice cream interaction), be enthusiastic against BFF and Rumburg, accept to participate in the FULL OBT immediately, do not negotiate Sordland's contribution of just closing the borders. Now we can exterminate the BFF problem and they won't give us trouble during the war. Note: full OBT will damage our international standing and prevent kicking Rumburg out of OMEC to damage their economy following the Kyrute interview. However, because we will have Wehlen and Valgsland as our allies, and we aim to end the war quickly with Iosef's strategy, we will avoid a long drawn out war of attrition and Rumburg's OMEC and economy shouldn't matter as much.
  
• Agnolia Trade - Maartin's is disrespectful, he does not greet us at the airport, he allows anti Sordish protests and sentiment on Agnolian streets, and tries to offer a crap deal without giving anything in return, all while acting like Agnolia has the upperhand over mighty Sordland. Anton took this insult personally and gave a dog as a gift to Maartin despite his fear of dogs (throwback to the Putin and Merkel dog incident in Sochi), drink just water, mention the protests, Maartin will not offer a deal, "have you brought me all the way out here to insult me", end the visit early by breaking tradition and return to Sordland.

• Addressing the Nation - Do not mention Bernard Circas assassination during inauguration or anything NFP related. Focus attention on BFF and Rumburg. Mention the administration's accomplishments.

• Judge Selection - Select Didier Meyer. Do not select Gloria Tory, we need her as the lead spokesperson of the GNA.
  
• Decrees - Choose 3 between Centralising Central Bank (will synergise well with fully planned economy and allow us to print money or extract emergency funds for +2 ED later), Relocate unemployed teachers and doctors to rural areas (there will be some pushback, but this can help recover underdeveloped regions from red to orange), VAT (gives +2 ED, but can hurt the economy and PO), FTCC (helps businesses), Capital Punishment (can solve overcrowded prisons). The first 3 decrees are solid, we want to focus on bills that yield positive ED at this point in the game.
  
• Sign Bergia Centralisation.
  
• Valgsland trade - Focus on looking to the future and collaboration between both nations, the trade deal signifies the first step in strengthening relations, the deal has nothing to do with Rumburg and we don't make deals based on external threats. Hejiland: we would slaughter them if our people were slaughtered, Hegel will say things would be easier with Sordlands support (of recognising the island as Valgsland's), agree to it. Ask for an alliance. Drink lots of vodka. Ask if there is anything you can do to help. Recognising the island here may motivate the Valgsland military to be more involved during our war, as our generals will advise during war planning that the extent of our allies involvement depends on the extent of our help. We can still ally Valgsland and remain friendly with Agnolia if we select "we will not get involved in matters between Valgsland and Agnolia", Valgsland will still come to our aid, but they may not fight as hard as our generals question Hegel's military prowess during war planning.
  
• Petr - Meet him in the old office, take all memorabilia, let him confess, call Evelyn to try plead his love for her (no success here), call Lucian and tell him everything. Lucian makes for a more capable VP imo, but we're not able to that unless we kill Petr.
  
• Rumburg Spy - Trust Lucian. Act cool with Livia and don't scare her. Get Lucian to investigate her. Get SSP to kill Ilana, we don't want to deal with negative PO. We value our friendship with Petr and will not harm him.
  
• Women's Rights - Don't use your emergency powers. Send it to the GNA. They will reject it.
  
• Dispute between Lileas and Iosef - Focus on getting them to work together. Keep Gendarmerie with Iosef.

• Malenyev Meeting - You can choose to meet him or not. If you meet him do not join CSP, he will be disappointed and think you wasted his time, say you would like to continue working with CSP. Joining CSP may trigger a nuclear war when you attack Rumburg (I think Arcasia gives or helps them complete their nuclear program).
  
• Deivid Meeting - Accept resignation. Hug him. He is a legend.
  
• Ciara and Nia Meeting - Accept the couples' resignation. A king sounds nice. Get out of my face.
  
• Monica Meeting - Say you'll make time and take them to the vineyard. Do not agree to retire.
  
• War Planning - Franc stays on the front line. Allow Deivid to participate. Listen to Colonel Soll and Iosef, ignore Valken. Because Rumburg outnumbers us, we will open as many fronts as possible to split their forces. Pick Iosef's pincer tactic. Get Wehlen to attack the 2 towns in Rumburg, Valgsland will open the North Eastern front. Then get Wehlen to cover you as you push directly to their capital. Shock and awe!

• Vectern sis da! - Don't shake or kiss Beatrice's hand, antagonise her and ask her to say please, she will call us barbarians. Anton and Funny Man gain territory, while Hegel gets to install a puppet communist government to what remains of Rumburg. Give Beatrice the middle finger on Franc's behalf.
