Xue Tao was a renowned songstress from ancient Oriental civilization. Gifted not only with a captivating voice, she also mastered the four classical arts — music, strategy, calligraphy, and painting. Beyond her performance talents, she left behind a legacy of beloved poetry that still echoes through time.

Xue Tao delights in scenes of bustling prosperity. Under her direction, visitors and trade caravans arrive more frequently. Minor threats, illnesses, and nuisance events are reduced, allowing colonies to flourish in peace. However, major raids still occur at a moderate rate — a nod to her adherence to the principle of balance and harmony.
