By Rყᴜȥᴜ ⟡
Still stuck satisfying those kings? Can’t quite hit the perfect score on the annual reviews? No worries! Here are some tried-and-true tips from my personal gameplay to help you cruise right into success.

🚪 1st Floor: Maze
The maze on the first floor is your cruise control for success. There are 4 entrances—block two or three of them with any objects (plants, statues, whatever floats your boat).

This funnels guests through the one open entrance, making crowd control super easy and ensuring guests pass through your carefully crafted aura-boosting zones.

Block those stray passengers from wandering off course!

🍾 2nd Floor: Facility Hub
Think of the second floor as your cruise command center—pack it full of all indoor facilities like arcades and restaurants.

You can place one suite here to handle VIP guests during your early gameplay without making them swim all over the ship. You can remove or relocate that suite later as you expand in the later game.

🌸 3rd Floor: Stateroom Deck
This is where you dock your staterooms. Spread them out with a little breathing room, and sprinkle in vending machines and statues between rooms to keep guests happy and boost their APL (activity points level).

🏰 4th Floor: Suite Retreat
Villa deluxe! Put your suite rooms here because the fourth floor boasts the highest APL bonus, so guests in suites get the best comfort and your score sets sail upward.

🫧 5th Floor: Rooftop Oasis
This is your crowning jewel—place outdoor facilities here like pools and hot tubs for a sweet +25 APL bonus. It’s the perfect place for guests to relax and for you to boost the ship’s overall allure.

🟠 Quality Seed — Your Cruise’s Quality Control
In my personal experience, I struggled to get perfect scores for the annual tour review—until I realized the missing ingredient was quality seeds!

Aim for at least 120 quality points for most facilities, as this helps satisfy the kings, queens, and VIPs. For suites, try to reach 200 quality points or more to make sure your high-end guests are truly impressed.

Here’s a handy tip: keep some quality seeds ready, watch which facilities the royals visit, and quickly boost those facilities’ quality on the spot. From my gameplay, these key spots usually include the Restaurant, Lux. Lounge, Roulette Room, Hot Tub, Pool, Driving Range, and Tennis Court.

Also, don’t forget to upgrade your Tour Center’s quality to keep your tour scores top-notch. That’s how I managed to achieve full marks on the annual tour review.

Ultimately, raising the quality of all your facilities to at least 120 isn’t just about pleasing royalty—it’s the key to satisfying most guests and cruising to those high scores across the board.

🚩 Early Unlocks You May Consider
Not necessary, but I recommend unlocking these as early as possible if you can:
  • Red Carpet (from the Briton tour) for a boost in APL — roll out the royal welcome!
  • Persian Rug (from the Aegyptus tour) adds Energy Aura — to keep the spirits high.
  • Angel Statue (from the Gullia tour) packs a double punch with high APL and Energy Aura.
No worries if you miss them early—they’ll come with time as you explore the world’s oceans.

🎭 Theater Tip
Unlock theater programs by placing the theater near specific facilities. Once unlocked, you can move the theater anywhere you want—no need to keep everything grouped forever!

My personal favorites are:
  • Pop Group: Greatly increases guests’ Energy Aura, keeping their spirits high.
  • Samba: Boosts Energy Aura as well, adding lively vibes to your cruise.
  • Musical: Encourages guests to spend more money, boosting your revenue.
Choosing your theater programs based on these effects can help tailor your cruise’s atmosphere and profitability.
