To counter act this, you will need to search for the NVIDIA control panel from your windows search bar.

Once you are in the control panel, you will need to click on Manage 3D settings.


Then Click on Program Settings


Then click on ADD


Look for bf10.exe in the list


Then scroll down the program settings, t'ill you find MAX FRAME RATE.


Then you will click on (ON), then you can set the max frame rate to 60.
