But here I got Taishi (By the power of being a member of working forces >:3)

And ho boy! The writing is really good! The pacing and stakes of the story are amazing, her character is just so fun to root for. Such a great concept! A girl who races just to maybe hate herself a little less. She really stands out among the current cast we got in Global! The banter between trainer and Taishin are also really fun, plus the appearances of BW! I playing the career mode along with the BNW main story and its just so peak!

Good shit I recommend pulling just to read through her career!

Let’s be real 3★ characters' career stories are really weak compared to 1★ and 2★ characters.

Most 1★ stories are amazing, and 2★ ones are fun (tho they still can't be compare to the 1★ like King and Natie and Urara)

But 3★… Spe and Teio are such a letdown that I almost want to hit the green skip button. Their anime adaptations are far better.

Spe’s story isn’t that bad only thanks to the guest appearances from the Golden Generation. But Teio… damn, it’s rough. The pacing is terrible, and the only saving grace is her cocky personality.
Most 3★ stories are just So So...
Rice Shower’s is actually good though! Bourbon is okay, and I had some fun with Pez and Suzuka too.

(Too bad I couldn’t pull Opera, Biwa, both anime versions of Teio and McQueen, and Curren. They all look like they’d have great career stories! Especially Biwa, I love the rivalry dynamic within BNW so much.)
