Psalm 45:2 which says "You are the most handsome of men grace is poured upon your lips therefore God has blessed you forever," is interpreted by many as a prophetic reference to Jesus Christ

Firstly, the Christ Pantocrator icon that you see here is not from early Christians, it's from the 6th century. Psalm 45:2 isn't about Jesus, that would be a ridiculous anachronism despite church propaganda. Finally, what's written therein is relative to the original audience, it reflects their environment and experience, and you don't even comprehend the original language.
