UPDATE: White flag issue for captured cities has been fixed and cities now start with modded flags.

There he is, the video game mod leader who is not Holste or Holstebro.
Holste and Holstebro are different people. The one in this game mod?
The Chancellor is Paul Azucena. He defeated me when we played Pokémon Crystal.
It's The Umbreon. That is the same video game that they thought was Crystal Meth.
That was when I Time Travelled back from World War 2.

white flags have been fixed, start a new game for full fix, not necessary though.
