Turn right and go inside.

We go down to the basement, turn left and enter the room.

There will be a corpse in the room, go to it.

Next to the corpse lies a backpack containing our "Buttock Rebalance" flash drive.

We go down to the pier itself, where a drum magazine for 20 rounds lies next to the corpse.
