For attaching one part to any other, without them needing to be aligned together, or even frozen!

To "weld" two parts together:-
1) Target a part and then click the <b>Start Weld</b> button (or press <i>MMB</i>).
2) Then, target a second part and click <b>Complete Weld</b> (or press <i>MMB</i>).

<i>NOTE: To cancel a started weld, target nothing and click <b>Complete Weld</b>.</i>

Use the <b>Type</b> dropdown to choose the type of the attachment to create.

<i>NOTE: Some of the non-fixed attachment types may not work properly, depending on the parts being attached.</i>

To delete all of the targeted part's attachments, click <b>Detach Part</b> (or press <i>Del</i>)

I have added 3 new functions to this weld tool:
1: Detach Unlocked: Removes the Unlocked Attachments of the part you are looking at.
2: Detach Selected: Removes the Unlocked Attachments of all the selected parts.
3: Detach Creation: Removes All Unlocked Attachments of the creation you are looking at.
