Dear friends, hello. I would like to present to your attention a modification of the 97 series, nicknamed the "small-family" - a common apartment building in the Ural and Siberian districts, designed, lochgino, for small families or singles. From here we get 8 apartments per floor, 7 of which are usually one-room apartments, and one two-room apartment. If desired and necessary, the house can be made multi-entrance and so build a "snake". The house is also sometimes combined with the usual 97-series sections. If you find any flaws or want to ask or say something, please contact us in the comments or in private messages (P.S.
