Preface
Welcome to the Endoparasitic 2 Achievements Guide.

This guide is dedicated solely to helping you unlock every achievement in the game. It won’t walk you through the full story, provide detailed gameplay strategies, or explain every mechanic — its only purpose is to show you exactly what needs to be done to earn each achievement. Also all achievements will be counted as completed only when you exit the game.
Unmissable/Story Achievements
Headshot
Kill a Zombie with a headshot

This is quite self-explanatory. When you encounter your first enemy in the game, aim for the head and shoot 3 times. That will be enough to kill it; otherwise, you'll just waste more bullets than necessary.

New Parts
Kill an arm and two legs

Again, it's quite self-explanatory — you'll get this achievement randomly while playing the game.

Tracker
Kill a Ghost

The Ghost, as the name suggests, is an invisible enemy that you'll first encounter on the 19th floor.

Flowering
Kill a Hydra

You'll encounter the Hydra on the 25th floor. I recommend shocking it with the biosensor first to immobilize it for a few seconds, so you can shoot off some of its heads before getting behind it. This will cause the remaining heads to turn toward you, making it easier to kill it.

It's Over
Kill the final boss

To be honest, you can defeat the final boss using only the pistol. Just craft a lot of bullets, get to the end of the room, and shoot off the boss's hands as they come after you. Yes, it will take a lot of time, but it's the best tactic I could find and use.

Hard
Complete the game on Hard Mode

Quite the self explanatory achievement.
Cumulative Achievements
Tinkerer
Upgrade weapons five times

Artisan
Fully upgrade all weapons

Both of these achievements are self-explanatory. To upgrade your weapons, you'll first need to craft a Weapon Upgrade Kit, which is made from a Pocket Watch and a Fountain Pen. After crafting it, open your inventory while holding the weapon you want to upgrade. Then grab the kit and drag it onto the weapon, just like you do when reloading. Pocket Watches are rare, but in the next chapter, I'll explain where to find them.

Tailor
Upgrade your bag five times

The situation here is the same as with weapons, but for your bag, you'll need to craft a Bag Upgrade Kit, which is made from a Helium Tank and Nitrocellulose.

Antidote Created
Create the antidote

On Floor 12L, you'll meet a character named Karis, who will ask you to bring him Bio Samples. Of course, he'll reward you each time you deliver some. Once you've brought them all to him, the achievement is yours.
Pocket Watches
As I've written before, the Artisan achievement requires you to fully upgrade all weapons, which aren't many (Pistol, Shotgun, and Biosensor). While it is easy enough to find some Pocket Watches, you need all thirteen to fully upgrade everything and some watches are well-hidden. Down below, screenshots with the location of Pocket Watches will be shown (On the screenshots with the map on them, look for the blue dot).

Floor 2:

This one will be found along the path of progression shortly after picking up the pistol.

Floor 4:

Found on the right-hand side of the area. You'll need to flip some switches to get the doors open to lead to it.

Floor 5:

Found in a secret area. Flip the switch in the room just north of this one to open the way and find the Pocket Watch at the end of a corridor.

Floor 8:

This one is in a hidden compartment. Once you reach the switch right before the fleshy pod you need to shoot to advance, flip the switch to open up a small room to the right. This switch is the one connected to the purple wire that opens up the compartment holding the Pocket Watch.

Floor 12L:

Found in a secret passage. To open it up, keep going through the room with the elevator lock until you reach the very end. Flip the switch to open up access to the room north of it.

Floor 14:

After getting through the entire area and unlocking the elevator, return to the lower area. The bottom-left room will be open now (be careful of the severed limbs within) and inside will be a switch that you can flip to open the center area where the Pocket Watch is.

Floor 16:

In the lower-left corner of the map, there are two bathrooms. Go into the one on the right and close the door to open a secret passage to another Pocket Watch.

Floor 17/12L:

The first Bio Sample can be found on 17th floor. It's found in the same room as the elevator unlocking terminal and shows up as a pink dot on the map. Simply bring it back to 12L and a Pocket Watch will be in the collection of items you're given from Karis.

Floor 19:

Found by going into the top-most bedroom on the left side of the map and closing the door. This opens a secret passageway leading up to a Pocket Watch.

Floor 23:

After you make a full circuit of the map, the room in the lower right that holds the pocket watch will open up for you to get. MAKE SURE YOU PICK IT UP. Opening up the way back to the elevator afterwards with the red key re-locks this door behind you, and if that happens you will need to reload the autosave right from when you first came to the floor and play through the entire floor again to pick up the watch.

Floor 25:

Once you've looped back around to the first big room through the bathroom area, flip the switch by the save point so that the door south of it is closed. Crawl back through the whole area to the room where you first encountered the first Hydra to find the doorway south is now open, with the pocket watch waiting for you at the end.

Floor 29/12L:

Third Bio Sample is found early in the level. Assuming you delivered the first two to Karis, there will be another pocket watch in the supplies he gives you.

Floor 29:

In the room south of where you pick up the Bio Sample, there is switch hidden among some barrels. Flip it to open up a door that you will be able to reach later after shooting through the flesh wall and heading up north. The last pocket watch is inside.
Helium Tanks
The tanks are used to increase your maximum carrying capacity, which can let Cynte carry more ammunition and healing items on him at any given time. Down below, screenshots with the location of Pocket Watches will be shown (On the screenshots with the map on them, look for the blue dot).

Floor 6S:

Impossible to miss. Found along the path through the level with the note explaining how to craft them, right after flipping the switch connected to the red wire.

Floor 20:

Right before reaching the terminal that removes the elevator lock, there is a split in the path and you can go either to the left or the right. Take the left path and flip the switch to close the door you just went through to open up a secret tunnel to the next helium tank.

Floor 23/12L:

The next helium tank is acquired after delivering the second bio sample to Karis. It'll be among the supplies he gives Cynte.

Like the other bio samples, this one shows up as a pink dot on the map. It's in plain sight around the last save terminal in the area.

Floor 25:

This tank is found in the lower-right section of the map in one of the side-tunnels you can go into while you are being chased by the first Hydra but just before you can switch off the lights. It won't up up until after you turn off the lights though.

Floor 26:

Go into the bathroom in the bottom-right side of the area. There is a lever to flip under the sink that opens up a tunnel going north. The Helium tank is there.
