☠ Left 4 Dead 2 Realism Death's Door Mutation: In this game mode, incapacitation is disabled. If a survivor falls, he will die instantly (YOU GO DOWN, YOU'RE DEAD!). First aid kits do not spawn; pain pills will spawn where they would normally spawn, such as in safe rooms and finales. Realism Death's Door is a Mutation that was created by Leon, (He's a member of our group) released for PC on Steam Workshop.

☠ Left 4 Dead 2 Realism Hard Eight (RH8) Mutation: The maximum number of Special Infected spawning at the same time has been raised from four to eight. Additionally, the spawning rate of Special Infected has been increased. It is a mutation for hardcore players.
