For those three and a half people who will actually attempt to play this ancient office game :)

There's an issue on github covering this problem. Basically, the game doesn't run because of missing DirectMusic component.

I'm on Linux, and doing this fixed the issue:

1. If you don't have protontricks, install it
https://github.com/Matoking/protontricks

2. run the following command

where 275810 is the game ID, --force means don't check if the package is installed, -q means don't ask questions, just install.

3. You can run the game now!

For Windows users:
Since protontricks is irrelevant for windows, you may need to look for DirectMusic installer. Here's the link I found, I hope it's still available as you read this guide:
