Enter Brian's garden and take the right door, go up the ladder on your left, push down all three statues to clear your path, descend to the other side using the ladder, finally push the statue in front of the altar with the glowing flamethrower underneath (ignore the other altars).

Tip no. 1: Remember to turn the weather doll upside-down to keep health slowly recovering.
Tip no. 2: When possible, it's always better to avoid the stuff they throw at you by moving away from it, rather than facing quick time events.
Tip no. 3: If you can't aim properly because you have compatibility mode with an older Windows version active, you can turn it off without closing and restarting the game. Just press the Windows button, then open the game's folder and right-click on the executables to turn it off, then return to the game.

• Just shoot it and avoid the hooks by moving away from them or by pressing the right keyboard buttons. The first method is to be preferred though.

• Attack its back untill the boss' health bar is depleted. Avoid getting too close at all times.
  
• Do the same but be careful as its attacks will be more frequent.
  
• Shoot the weapon the boss throws at you to win, instead of avoiding it with R button.

• Shoot the boss untill it falls and keep shooting at it when it's grounded. Avoid its attacks by moving around or be prepared for the quick time events.
  
• Run by pressing A and D and be prepared to avoid its attacks by pressing either R, ER or FC. Near the end of this section you'll need to press R twice and face more frequent attacks. Be patient and stay focused, as it's gonna take a while. Avoid pressing the running keys frantically; it's not going to increase your speed.
  
• Attack the object the boss is holding in its hand.
  
• Avoid the fist attack and get close to the hand to jump on it, then look down to shoot at the object he hid to end the fight.
