Hey everyone!

If you're planning to play Little Sim World on your ROG Ally, here are some important tips to make sure your experience is smooth, responsive, and optimised. 💚

To ensure Little Sim World runs correctly with your Rog Ally’s built-in controls, always launch the game in Gamepad Mode (also known as Controller Mode). This ensures proper input recognition and prevents issues like UI bugs or incorrect navigation.

• Open the Commander Centre on your ROG Ally.
  
• Navigate to the second option (Control Mode).
  
• Change it to Gamepad.
  
• You can switch between Gamepad Mode and Desktop Mode manually at any time by pressing the Command Centre button and toggling the input mode.

⚠️ If you accidentally launch the game in Desktop Mode, you might experience issues like mouse/keyboard controls being prioritised or the UI behaving oddly.

The ROG Ally is powerful, but handheld battery and heat management still matter! Below is how to balance performance and efficiency.

• Open the Command Centre.
  
• You’ll see performance presets like:
  
  • Performance Mode (Best balance).
    
  • Turbo Mode (Maximum performance, more heat and battery usage).
    
  • Silent Mode (Great for battery saving).
    
  • If you aim to get more FPS and performance, choose the Turbo Mode!

For extra frames and smoothness, it's recommended to follow these steps:

• Create a custom Game Profile:
  
  • Go the the Games section on the Armoury Crate SE.
    
  • Press the X button on top of Little Sim World.
    
  • Select the option Set Game Profile.
    
  • Navigate to GPU Settings and click on it.
    
  • Beside the section AMD Advanced Graphics Options click on the Optimize All option.
    
  • This will turn ON all the options aside from the last two (Radeon Chill and Radeon Image Sharpening), leave them OFF.

Remember: the ROG Ally runs on Windows, which gives you freedom but also means that anything you install can affect your system. If you notice:

• Stuttering.
  
• Frame drops.
  
• Long load times.
  
• Battery draining too fast.

Then it’s worth doing some light system cleaning. Here’s how:

• Uninstall unused apps that may be running in the background.
  
• Use Windows' built-in Task Manager to spot background processes hogging CPU/RAM.
  
• Disable startup apps that aren’t essential via Task Manager -> Startup tab.
