What To Do
1. Rename Dungeonmans.exe to Dungeonmans.bak in game's folder
2. Download .NET 8.0 redistributables installer, say, here
https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/WindowsDesktop/8.0.18/windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.18-win-x64.exe
3. Rename that installer to Dungeonmans.exe
4. Slam it into game's folder then run the "game" through Steam. Installer should pop in and be fully functional.
5. Don't forget to swap executable names back after finishing installing .NET
6. Run the game again, do crimes against Trigers

Tested personally with Ubuntu 25.04 x64 and Steam Beta.
It Just Works.
