All done? Alright, let's get to it! :)
Basic Gameplay Achievements
You're bound to get these achievements throughout the course of normal gameplay, probably even during your first migration.

First Night of Many
Survive your first enemy wave

If you're struggling to survive, you can always adjust the game difficulty in the settings. Remember that only Hunter and Builder Crablings are able to fight Threats.

Ascension
Finish the game and witness the rise of a new Crab God

This achievement requires you to finish a single run (migration) successfully.

Predator Of The Deep
Have your Crablings kill every type of threat in the game

This one should pop naturally if you keep visiting different biomes during your migration. During level selection you can preview which enemies are present in a given level. Make sure to destroy their Lairs too, as they may feature all three variants of a given enemy species. You can always check your Encyclopedia to see what you're missing.

Coral Gardener
Grow every type of plant and coral

Make sure to grow every type of plant and coral in every biome. Pay attention to the soil/rock type as they signify which plants and corals can grow there – green, mossy rocks feature different plants than black, volcanic soil. You can always check your Encyclopedia to see what you're missing.

Explorer
Complete a level within each biome

You always start in the Home Waters, and always end in the Volcanic biome. Simply ensure you're also visiting all the other biomes along the way:
  • Kelp Forest
  • Caves
  • Brine Pool
During level selection, pay attention to the lines connecting all the different locations. They're highlighted when you choose a level.

Crabling Collector
Have 12 Crablings in your colony at one time

Hatch any eggs you see and take care to keep all of your Crablings alive. You can preview on the level selection screen whether your next location has any eggs available. Prioritise eggs if you're running out of Crablings.

Eco Warrior
Complete a Stone of Preservation and make a real-world difference

You can preview on the level selection screen whether your next location features a Stone of Preservation. It requires a bit of luck as they're rarer than Ritual Stones.
Single Level Achievements
These achievements have to be completed in a single level. Progress resets when you migrate to another location. For most of these, I'd recommend gathering useful Ritual Stone blessings throughout your run and then focusing on the relevant achievement at the final level.

Favoured One
Accumulate 2,000 favour in a single level

Turn most (or all) of your Crablings into Worshippers. Traits and Blessings which revolve around generating Favour are very useful here. Remember that changing Crabling roles, growing plants/corals and upgrading/repairing structures depletes your favour.

Pairs really well with Crustacean Congregation.

Crustacean Congregation
Have 10 Worshippers at once

Assign 10 of your Crablings as Worshippers. Pairs really well with Favoured One.

Rapid Response
Repair 20 walls or traps in a single level

Requires the appropriate Ritual Stone Blessing (either unlocking traps or walls). Simply survive as many nights as it takes you to repair your structures 20 times.

NOTE: This achievement appears to be impossible to unlock on version v.1.3.36.

Pacifist March
Complete a level without killing any threats

Ensure you have no traps and no Builders or Hunter Crablings. The wave during the first night shouldn't deplete the Sacred Egg's health completely, so if you rush gathering the minimum food requirement, you should be able to get this. You may also stall the enemies by building many walls. Another tactic is to migrate when you're just slightly below the level's food requirement and sacrifice a Crabling or two to complete the level. Easier on lower difficulties.

Efficient Ecology
Complete a level by collecting exactly the right amount food (no more, no less)

The easiest to do on your first level. Ensure you have exactly one Scavenger Crabling and focus on creatures which drop the smallest food fragments (Blue Tang and Cleaner Wrasse). Migrate as soon as you hit the food requirement.

Barrier Reef
Build a structure in every possible location in a level

Receive the Ritual Stone Blessing which unlocks building walls or traps. Build walls/traps in every single rubble pile available on the level. You don't have to upgrade any of the structures.

Indecisive
Change the role of a single Crabling 10 times in one level

Ensure you have enough Favour and then choose one Crabling. Change their role 10 times. The most cost-effective way is to switch between Worshipper and Gardener/Scavenger a couple of times.

Pairs really well with the No Eggs Tide Trial.

Feeding Frenzy
Reach the food goal and migrate in less than 5 minutes on any level

Focus on food gathering by creating sustainable ecosystem chains, such as Blue Tang + Hawksbill Turtle + Giant Grouper or Sea Urchin + Butterfly Fish + Titan Triggerfish. Buffs to Crablings Move Speed through Traits or Ritual Stone Blessings will be useful here.

Pairs really well with the Fast Tide Trial.

Immovable Object
Survive 30 nights in one level

Simply stay in one level for over 30 days. I'd recommend doing this during the Fast Tide Trial so you don't go insane from boredom.

You might go over 30 nights in one level if you're attempting any of these achievements:
  • Rapid Response
  • Favoured One
  • Zealous Defence
  • Crabling's Crusade

Crabling's Crusade
Defeat the final level with only 1 surviving Crabling

You need to strike a balance between dealing enough damage to ensure your Sacred Egg doesn't die, and not being strong enough, so that your Crablings do die. I'd recommend making a single Crabling a Builder and sending them into the fray of the battle. If they retreat autonomously, cancel the retreat. You can also direct them to clear an obstacle on the side the attack is coming from. Repeat this process until you have only a single Crabling remaining and then migrate. You cannot migrate at night, so make sure to keep this final Crabling alive until morning.

Remember: you cannot sacrifice any Crablings at the final level. They have to die in combat.

Pairs really well with these achievements:
  • Bad Parenting
  • Ocean's Wrath
  • Immovable Object

Zealous Defence
Protect the Crab God Egg without taking any damage for 10 consecutive nights

Focus on building walls and traps as far away from the Egg as you can. Have plenty of Hunters and and instruct them to garrison the walls. Invest in traits focused on attack range/damage/speed.
Migration-specific Achievements
These achievements track progress through a single run/migration. I'd recommend setting a specific goal, or goals, right at the beginning of your migration and then making strategic choices with Crabling Traits or Ritual Stone Blessings accordingly.

Survival Of The Fittest
Complete a game run without any Crabling deaths

Focus on the safety of your Crablings above all else. Tone down the difficulty if you need to.
Useful tips:
  • Grab the Revelation of Healing (Ritual Stone Blessing) if you get lucky enough to have it pop up. It allows your Worshippers to heal other Crablings. Tactical retreats coupled with this ability can make you undefeatable, even on higher difficulties.
  • Invest in walls and traps to support your Builders and Hunters and minimise the risk of them dying.
  • Choose Crabling Traits which focus on increasing attack damage/range/speed (to get rid of Threats quicker), increasing Crabling health or health regeneration.
  • If your Crablings get hurt, change their role from Hunter/Builder to a Scavenger, Worshipper or Gardener. This ensures they don't enter combat willingly.
  • Overstay your welcome at every level. You can gather more food, which will give your Crablings more progress towards their next level and their next Trait. If a level requires you to gather 45 food to proceed, you can gather a maximum of 90 food (double the target). Do this whenever possible to boost your Crablings' chance at survival.

Crab Commando
Complete a run without completing any Ritual Stones

Do not activate any Ritual Stones. Ignore them. Focus on boosting your Crablings' Traits as you'll be missing out on many abilities (Healing, Building Walls/Traps, Upgrading Plants) and that might make your run much harder. Remember to utilise sea creatures which attack Threats (Anglerfish, Beaked Whale, Giant Grouper, Goblin Shark, Reef Shark, Titan Triggerfish) to aid your Crablings during the night.

Ritual Master
Complete every Ritual Stone within a run

Before you migrate from the current level, scan your surroundings to see if all Ritual Stones have been activated. If you're struggling to keep track of them, you can focus on choosing locations that feature only one or no Ritual Stones. The actual number of completed Ritual Stones doesn't matter – just activate every single one you come across.

Jerry Crab
Acquire 5 negative traits on a single Crabling

The fewer crablings you have, the easier this one is to get, as you have more food to spend per Crabling. A negative trait is any trait that has red coloured text which signals a disadvantageous modifier. If a trait has both positive and negative effects, it still counts as a negative trait. Stack 5 of these on one Crabling, and the achievement should pop.

Bad Parenting
Lose 10 Crablings in a single run

Let your Crablings die by fighting with Threats or sacrificing them. Remember that you can only sacrifice 5 Crablings before your run fails. So, you can mix and match – sacrifice 4 Crablings, let 6 be killed in combat, etc. Builders are easier to kill as they fight in hand-to-hand (claw-to-claw?) combat. Can be combined with Crabling's Crusade.

Speedy
Complete a run in fewer than 30 nights

Pairs really well with the Fast or Timed Tide Trials.

A migration consists of 10 levels, which gives you a maximum of 3 nights to spend at a single level. Remember – nights, not days. This means that as long as you migrate on the 4th day, you're still on track to get this achievement.

I'd recommend rushing through the first few levels to "stack up" on nights you can expend on later levels.
Save File-long Achievements
Stay on the same save file/campaign for these achievements. These are usually long-term goals that are nice to keep in mind throughout your entire game.

Master Builder
Build 50 walls or traps

Requires the Ritual Stone Blessing which unlocks either Traps or Walls.

Builder's Guild
Upgrade 50 walls to max level

Requires the Ritual Stone Blessing which unlocks Walls. Upgrade as many Walls as you can to max level (Level 5). Only Builders can upgrade Walls.

Treasure Of The Deep
Find and open 50 treasures

Only Scavenger Crablings can dig out buried treasures.

No Stone Unturned
Destroy 100 obstacles

Only Builder Crablings can destroy obstacles.

Nature God
Grow 250 plants or corals

Remember that a level 2 plant counts as two plants – upgrading is very worth it!

Defender Of The Deep
Kill 500 threats across all migrations

Utilise Builder and Hunter Crablings to eliminate threats effectively. Traps are very useful – make sure to build and upgrade them if you have the required Ritual Stone Blessing. Destroy threat lairs during the daytime to further increase your total kill count.

Scavenger's Bounty
Gather 10,000 units of food across all migrations

Gather surplus food at every level to pop this achievement faster.

Eco Legend
Support 5 different Eco Rewards by completing Stones of Preservation

Prioritise choosing levels which feature a Stone of Preservation. You can only activate a certain number of Eco Rewards a month, so if they stopped showing up – come back next month. Remember to choose different rewards. You can see which ones you've already picked on the right panel in the Main Menu.

Sea Shepherd
Discover all organisms in the encyclopedia

Prioritise plants and corals you haven't grown yet whenever you move to a new biome. Species available in a given level are shown in the bottom left corner – try to activate all of them. You can always check your Encyclopedia to see what you're missing.

Career Change
Change Crabling roles 500 times

Pairs really well with the No Eggs Tide Trial.

Dark Design
Sacrifice 100 Crablings to feed the rest

Sacrifice is a game mechanic which allows you to kill a Crabling in exchange for food – the higher your Crabling's level, the more food it will yield. This mechanic is available both in normal runs and during Tide Trials. In order to Sacrifice a Crabling, you have to migrate to the next level before you reach your food goal. The only caveat is that you cannot sacrifice more than 5 Crablings – that results in a game over.

A cheese strategy for this achievement:
  • Start a new migration (Tide Trials allowed).
  • Do not assign any roles to your Crablings. Do not grow any food.
  • Locate the nearest Egg. (You may need to make one Crabling a Builder to remove any Obstacles in your way)
  • Hatch the Egg to bring your total Crabling population to 5.
  • Migrate immediately.
  • Sacrifice all 5 Crablings = Game Over.
  • Continue with a new migration.
  • Rinse and repeat.

Using this strategy should take you from 0 to 100 sacrificed Crablings in around 40 to 60 minutes. I'd recommend putting on a TV series or something to keep you company (Criminal Minds was my pick).

From Crabling To King
Level up any Crabling to max level

Max level means Level 11. You can make it easier for yourself by carrying over a high-level Crabling from a previous failed run.
  • Have a high-level (8-10) Crabling in your current run.
  • Get a Game Over – either through Sacrificing 5 Crablings, getting all of your Crablings killed by Threats or depleting the Sacred Egg's health to 0.
  • Start a new migration and choose to resurrect your high-level Crabling.
  • Do not make this high-level Crabling the new Crab God.
  • Congrats, now you have a high-level Crabling at the very start of a migration. You can feed them all of your surplus food to further speed up them getting to Level 11.

Ocean's Wrath
Lose a max level Crabling

Get your Level 11 Crabling killed. The easiest to do without any traps or walls and on later levels. Assign your max level Crabling as the only defender (Builder to increase the chances of them getting hurt) and wait. You can also make them attack Darkmitt Lairs.

Great Sacrifice
Sacrifice a max level Crabling

Sacrifice a Level 11 Crabling by migrating to the next level before you hit your food goal. Remember that you cannot migrate early at the final level. If you're struggling to get a Crabling to Level 11 before the final level, refer to the strategy explained in From Crabling To King.

Life Giver
Heal 2,000 Crabling health points across all migrations

Requires the Revelation of Healing (legendary/purple) Ritual Blessing – this might be rare to come by. I'd recommend utilising it to its full capability anytime it comes up in your playthroughs by repeatedly making your Builders (higher chance to get hurt) fight Threats at night and then healing them back to full health. You can see a Crabling's current Health (and their max HP) by clicking on them and then at the little heart on the panel that pops up.

Without any HP modifying Traits, a Crabling always has 50 Health. Let's say you manage to drop their HP to 10/50 and then heal them back up. It'd still require 50 such Crablings to get this achievement. That's why Crablings with health-boosting Traits will be so useful here. Avoid health regeneration Traits as they don't count as "healing" for this achievement.

Divine Intervention
Acquire 20 different Ritual Stone blessings across all migrations

NOTE: This achievement appears to be impossible to unlock on version v.1.3.36.

Prioritise Ritual Stone Blessings that you haven't activated yet. Below you'll find a (probably incomplete) table of all the Blessings I myself have encountered. Feel free to use it to keep track of what you should pick during your next migration.

Tide Trials
Tide Trials should unlock after your first successful run/migration. They pose an additional challenge by further restricting you from employing various strategies. They can be challenged at any difficulty setting. Choose a Tide Trial before you hatch a new Crab God.

Tide Trialled
Complete any Tide Trial

I'd personally recommend choosing the Fast Tide Trial as your first one, as it doesn't have much impact on how the game is played – it just makes it faster. The choice is up to you, though!

Trial of Speed
Complete the "Fast" Tide Trial

The only difference in this Trial is that everything is sped up – Crablings, Threats and creatures move faster, plants and corals grow faster, and the day/night cycle moves faster.

Tips and Tricks:
  • If you're easily overwhelmed, press Space to slow down the game and assess your situation.
  • Pause right at the very beginning of a level to quickly distribute many tasks to all your Crablings – remove obstacles, grow corals and plants, dig up treasure, set up traps, etc.
  • Pay close attention to your Hunters and Builders at night. Fast-moving threats can easily kill a Crabling or two if you're not careful.
  • Prioritise Crabling Traits other than increases to Move Speed. You really don't need that here. Unless you really want to – I'm not your mother.

Trial of Danger
Complete the "Deadly" Tide Trial

This Trial has your Crablings' health halved while the damage dealt by Threats is increased.

Tips and Tricks:
  • Grab as many health-boosting or health-regenerating Traits as you can.
  • You will need more Hunters/Builders at night than you're used to. If 2-3 got the job done in a normal playthrough, this Tide Trial will require 3-5.
  • Pay close attention to your Hunters and Builders at night – their health may deplete even faster than normal, so step in to order a retreat if you see someone severely injured.
  • If you get overwhelmed at night – halt all activities and assign everyone as a Hunter/Builder.
  • Avoid any Ritual Stone Blessings which increase Threat speed, damage or health, even if they offer a lot in return. It's not worth it in this Tide Trial.
  • Traps and Walls may not last as long as you're used to – remember to repair or re-build them during the day.

Trial of Chaos
Complete the "Chaos" Tide Trial

The most annoying and RNG-based Tide Trial of them all. When selecting a Crabling Trait or a Ritual Stone Blessing, you're no longer given three choices, but only one. Take it or leave it.

Tips and Tricks:
  • Activate as many Ritual Stones as possible to maximise your chances of getting useful Blessings.
  • Tactically distribute surplus food so that you're focusing either on Crablings with the most useful Traits (all-or-nothing attitude) or the ones without any at all (equal distribution). Try to make everyone useful even if they're dealt a negative Trait.
  • Adapt to the Traits and Blessings you receive. Don't try to force John Crabling to become a Hunter if the RNGesus gave him a major damage debuff. Roll with it.

Trial of Time
Complete the "Timed" Tide Trial

In this Tide Trial, you have a set number of days to gather enough food before a forced migration happens. Didn't gather enough food before the deadline? Time to sacrifice some Crablings!

Tips and Tricks:
  • Focus on efficient ecosystem chains, like the Blue Tang + Hawksbill Turtle + Giant Grouper to quickly gather a large volume of food.
  • Always have at least one Scavenger and Gardener working, even at night. Remember that Food is your main priority.
  • Prioritise Crabling Traits which increase Food Carry Load, Movement Speed or Gardening/Favour Generation Speed.
  • If you have multiple Gardeners, try to assign them tasks in the same area. This way, they won't waste time travelling long distances (they prioritise tasks in the order they received them instead of focusing on tasks in the same area).

Trial of Eggless
Complete the "No Eggs" Tide Trial

No eggs will spawn in this Tide Trial but all Role Swapping is free. Make do with the four Crablings you have. If you think about it, it's really the Nuzlocke challenge of this game.

Tips and Tricks:
  • Do not let your Crablings die. With only 4 Crablings and no way to spawn more, this is a no-brainer.
  • Abuse the free Role Swapping as much as possible – turn most of your Crablings into Hunters for the night and as soon as the Threats are gone, assign them all as Gardeners/Scavengers/Worshippers. Micromanagement is the winning strategy here.
  • Never let your Crablings be idle. Waiting for more Favour to upgrade your plants? Turn your Gardener into a Worshipper or a Scavenger, just so they're not idle. With such a small workforce, you need to make sure none of them are wasting time.
  • High-level Traps are you friend, as they can free up Hunter Crablings at night.

Trial of Permanence
Complete the "Permanent Roles" Tide Trial

You can only assign a Crabling one role and once you do, there's no changing it.

Tips and Tricks:
  • You need to maintain a balance between Favour production (Worshippers), food production (Gardeners and Scavengers) and protecting the colony at night (Builders and Hunters).
  • For the first level I'd recommend having: 1 Gardener, 1 Builder (only if you see any obstacles; if not, you can go for Hunter), 1 Scavenger and 3 Worshippers. That's a good baseline and you can add Crablings you need as you hatch more eggs.
  • Assess your situation before assign a newly-hatched Crabling a role. Is there a lot of food on the ocean floor? You could use a Scavenger. Are the threats getting through your defences at night? Get a Hunter. Do you have more Favour than you know what to do with? Don't get another Worshipper.
  • Be mindful of your Crablings' roles when choosing Traits. It won't matter if you get a legendary worship generation trait on your Hunter, as they'll never use it. It's a better play to pick a common trait that they'll actually utilise, like a buff to movement speed or attack damage.
The End
Thank you for reading! If you found this guide useful, please give it a like or a positive rating. :)

If your experiences in unlocking any achievements differ or you came up with your own cheesy strategy for some of the trickier achievements, feel free to share in the comments.

Big thanks to my friend fourscore for correcting all the cases of Missing Comas and Awkward Sentences in this guide. You're the GOAT, dude!
