Inn Menu: Automatically received after unlocking dating.
Picnic Set: Automatically received after unlocking dating.
Bath Soap: Sold in Saturday market from new vendor (Wheedle's Stall on the very top right of the market) for 100,000.
Lovely Seashell: Fished at the beach. I'm not sure if there are specific requirements, but I got mine during a sunny day.
Rough Gemstone: From mining. I personally got mine after hours of mining from a copper chest, but after speaking with others, I've also heard that it can drop from rocks and regular mining.
Dollhouse Bench: From digging at Eastern Road artifact spots, took me a couple of weeks. I would suggest visiting here often and dig every day.
