• To get one log, you have to chop 4 times the tree.
  
      
• Most tree type have normal and big variant. (Except oak & pine, with small v.)
  
      
• Normal variant gives 3 log(12chop), Big variant gives 4 log(16chop). (small gives2)
  
      
• Small, normal and big tree have different regrowth time ~scales with logs it gives
  
      
• When you're chopping, woodpecker and bees can randomly spawn! When they damage, it will interrupt the chopping. Bees lasts for 1 normal tree regrowth time. But their damage isn't. You have 4 chop time before it first damages you, and it doesn't damage 4 chop time from the end. (Recommended going in, for faster routes. Woodpecker neither will dmg for first 4 chop time)

These are based on my preferences and tests, if you think you have better routes you can freely farm there (maybe let me know in the comment section)

You can farm half-afk near 2-3 tree, so you can do smth else (irl) parallel.

While farming, there can be mobs which will attack you (red) so it's recommended to switch less popular server. Sadly it's part of the treeing, especially if you don't have +5 levels than them.









This is where the grind begins, especially when you'll get less xp. Don't expect fast progresson ~after 15.

Pick up 1 berry so the tree will regrowth = full efficient route
(You can afk whereever you find 2 maple trees close to other ((and less archer)) )









If you're lvl50+ do first pic, until then just farm where there is no worm.

• BUY THE WOODCUTTING SET!!! No questions asked. It helps you unspeakably. If you don't have 1.5k gold for it, ping me and I'll buy it for you! Not a joke!!!
  
• Personally i recommend treeing at phone rather than pc. One of the main reason is that you can treeing with one hand. Because gathering works everywhere on the screen, where is no button. Or you can edit the controls: the gathering button (it's in the right:) pull/edit where you want.
  
• Go treeing with the most possible space (just the 1 fighting set) so you can store 300+ log
  
• Put the logs to the bank until it fulfills, than bulk them, and trade to your another character (or put to the market with 5+ coin/log, but warning, i rarely misstype and sold all with deficit, so double check the price!)
  
• (Buy horse if you can. If you're low level and yet farming at maple, you sure have the log to sell to buy the horse for 10k. Time save pays off! )
  
• You can fast spam the gathering icon/tree trunk before spawns, so it'll chop asap. making it more efficint. (highlighted at maple)
  
  I've already told upper, but repetition is the mother of retention so
  
  
• Migrate to another server, if there's too much player/ too much agressive mobs.

• Common knowladge, but get +5 lvls than mobs nearbie the trees, so it attacks you only if it bumps to you.

I would say that the main thing is: just do it. Don't bother about statistisc, don't bother about efficiency, don't bother about what i said earlier, in the guide, just do it. Enjoy the moment. Enjoy the ticking sound, enjoy the treecrushing sound, and the time when you unload ~300 log to bank!
