Click “All Tracks”
Click “Subscribe to all”
Confirm with “Add only”

Repeat the same steps for All Characters and All Karts collections.

Now you can enjoy the game properly.

Sometime later, you will have to repeat this entire tutorial, since Steam doesn’t automatically subscribe you to new items added to collections.
