The Moe Rises: New Dawn "2"

This is Jack Kennedy's fork of The Moe Rises.

The Moe Rises was originally (I believe) the first TFR anime submod ever made. It was pretty good, although left to dust as the creator got way too busy with life to finish the mod. In their place, I have decided to pick up the torch and carry it on. I will attempt to complete this submod over time. Already I have added several portraits not in base TMR.

Thanks to TonyArizona for allowing me to make my own fork. I will continue the mod with pride.

Yes, this is a different page. Unfortunately, the PDX launcher prevented me from updating the original mod because Swedish people don't know how to code a proper launcher with proper file recognization, and touching the Descriptor file resulted in the launcher not recognizing something very basic and correctly structured.
