Introduction
The Robot Factory Lair is a Lair found in Millennium City. Despite being in the biggest hub in the game, its one of the least popular lair being run due to the final reward circle not rewarding the player any SCR. The daily given by Lt. Morrigan, found next to Defender in Rencen, does reward the player 5 SCR. Having a party with one tank and healer should make the entire run fairly easy. Grab your party, grab the daily quest, and head on inside the Museum, and interact with the painting to start the lair. The quest should lead you to location:

The Lair
The first room your group enter is the Forge. There are three senor panel you must turn off to progress. You're also greeted by the first group of Destroid, one of many groups you will face in the entire lairs.

In the next area, you must accept two console within the time limit of each other in order to shutdown the machine. The timer is 10 second inbetween both activation of the console. You must interact with the northern console before interacting with the southern one. Once that done, follow the convey belt to the next area.

In this next room, there will be a bunch of Destroids with 4 Fabricator Arms. With High Science, you can convert these Fabricator Arms into allies. Either way, destroy these Fabricator Arms as its part of the objective. At the start of the next conveyor belt, activate the console to shut it down. Then go through the hole, go down the conveyor belt, turn right, clear the Destroids mobs guarding the Consoles, and use it to shut down the Stampers and Belt. Oh yeah, try not to get stamp by the stamper. Once that done, climb through to the next area.

In this room destroy or turn the two Fabricator Arms to finish that objective. Then you must turn off all 4 Assembly console found at the center of the room. All the while, the only giant door in the room will keep spawning more and more Destroid. Once all 4 Assembly consoles has been disable, you can move on to the next room.

Remember that room where you have to access two console within the time limit? Now you have to do it twice! Clear the room of Destroid before you start the shut down sequence. This is the final room before you enter the boss room, so be prepare what to do before your group enter.
The Boss Room

Right as you enter the room, you're greeted with (Imposter) Destroyer giving you his villain speech. He will also present you a Mega Destroid being constructed. with the Fab Arms. Then you face Dr. Destroyer.

Right at the start of the fight, have a tank distract "Dr. Destroyer". The DPS's main goal is to go directly to the construction of the Mega D and destroy the Fab Arms building the mods on the Mega D. It is very important to go after two arms:
  • Boneboiler Firejet - When Mega D use the Firejet, it will leave a firepatch that will never goes away. You don't want this or make it harder on the tank to deal with this, so destroy the Boneboiler Firejet's Fab Arm immediately
  • Ultra-Resonace Thunderglove - This mod does tremendous damage on the target and stunning them. Remove this just so the Mega D doesn't once shot everyone.
After destroying these two specific parts, try destroy everything else. Once that done, turn your focus on Dr. Destroyer. He love to float and chest beam the main aggroer. At 2/3 HP, he will reveal that he is an Imposter. At 1/3 HP, he will detach two arms as its own entity that will knock down any players it contact with. He will also summon many Destroid to aid him. Once he is about to die, he will merge with Mega D. Mega D isn't hard if you remove those two arms I mention earlier. Just as long as a tank can tank him, DPS tear down its HP, and the healer heal, this fight is a no brainer.

Right when you're about to defeat the False Dr. Destroyer, he will fly towards the Mega D and merge with it. Try to clear the trash mobs before engaging with the Mega D. If you remove both of the arms I mention earlier in this guide, then you shouldn't have to worry about the infinite fire patches that it might spawn. Otherwise, the tank has to position itself so it won't get damage by the fire patch. Otherwise, he is your standard Mega D. He will ground pound, he will sonic blast from his head, shot missile from his hand, and occasion does a sphere attack on a targetted ally. Once you're done with the fight, grab whatever reward from the reward circle and turn in the quest to Lt Morrigan for the SCR.
