Skippable NGPs (Aggressive)

In HoH2, by default, every character must beat every single NG+ individually. In HoH1 you had to beat each NG+ once on your account, but alt characters could be carried to whatever NG+ you want, up to that level. The normal version of "Skippable NGPs" recreates this behavior. Primarily useful in Coop. This version ignores your highest NG+ value and simply sets your characters NG+ value to whatever higher NG+ you beat. If your highest character is NG+1, but your friend starts and carries you through NG+10, you are now NG+11.

I primarily wrote this mod for the friend who can play less than the rest of the group. Catching up now requires only one run, instead of god-only-knows how many.
