To get the Airport Panda Plushie, you need to find Gate C2 and search for the Flights screen over the gate to Tokyo (usually not related with the Tokyo outline, that's fair a coincidence). The Plushie is behind the screens, so you'll be able crush the best rail from either side and hop down behind the TV screens to induce it. It might appear less demanding to get it from head-on, but I found it much easier to approach from the side.
