A small estate located in a very good environment - in the forest that grants you with a lot of fresh air, plus here's a suburban area nearby, so it won't take long to reach the town. Apart from the main house, here's some shacks, a garage, a shed and one more house. Lots of decals are the graffities, arts and messages left by my friends or acquaintances. No additional content required - everything is packed in bsp file.
